Go th this when my daughter was a toddler for long journeys, she seemed to like it and it was helpful, not enough to keep head up but for a small bit of extra support -

I bought this for my daughters first holiday for the plane journey, anyway she was so excited when she saw it she just couldn’t wait and decided to wear it in the car. Anyway within 10 Minutes of our journey she was asleep in minutes! Its so comfortable and lightweight And easy to pack or store. The only downside is that I want an adults version haha! I also got my son the blue one which he also loves. So now we don’t just use them on the plane we also use them for car journeys as it’s more comfortable for the children on their neck. Well priced too. Overall fantastic product!
