I brought these spoons when I was told to stir my little girls milk bottle instead of shaking the formula in because she was getting sick from it. It said nothing on the pack about not sterilising the spoons but I did and after a few times the spoons melted and snapped. They have also bent dramatically too from cleaning them. I have just started weaning my baby and really like this product. My baby takes food off the spoon with ease. It is flexible so I can easily put food in his mouth. What I like most is the safety aspect in the fact it turns white if the food is too hot. I don’t think this product is expensive and would recommend. - Strengths:

So I got these spoons 6months ago.. Well they are great spoons, my son loves them, easy to hold and quite a comfy spoon to hold. But after washing 3-4 times a day they have lost their colour change and now just white tips.. I've never put them in a microwave or dishwasher just washed in the sink in hot water with the rest of the baby stuff and dishes. I'm quite annoyed they lost their colour change so quick.. I think it was roughly 2 maybe 3 months into using them they just stayed white. I would buy them again as they are good spoons and soft ends on them but I wouldn't pay full price again I would wait until they were reduced in price to get them.. But that's just me.Read more

These are great spoons for your little one. Heat detector so it shows when food is too hot. Easy to clean. Comes in 4 bright colours. I am currently use them with my baby and he even tries to hold them himself. Would recommend - Strengths:

I found these a must have when weaning my little girl. They were great to help me quickly test the heat of the food. They're a great shape for baby to eat from. I did find these were only suitable when I was feeding her, she found them too long when self feeding.
The colour change is excellent but it does loose the ability after so many washes.

When I came across these spoons for my daughter I thought wow, what a great idea. They let you know that the food is too hot by turning the spoon white and it really works! The soft tips are gentle on gums which is also a big plus. The handle is nice and long to reach the bottoms of jars which is handy. They come in very pretty colours too the only thing is depending on what you eat tomato pasta sauce being one tends to stain the spoons. - Strengths:

As a first time mum I am very aware of food temperature and am not sure if something that I think feels cool enough is actually still too hot. These spoons are great - if you give the food a stir and the tip turns white then it is still too hot. Run it under cold water until the colour comes back and keep trying until it no longer changes colour. - Strengths:

Ideal when starting weaning, they are gentle on their sensitive gums.

I bought these when I first started my little girl on solid foods, they were perfect, fun colours, perfect size to fit just the right amount of food on the spoon and fit in her mouth easily, they change their colour to white when the food is too hot, obviously I test the food myself but as a first time mum I wasn’t completely sure! giving it a quick stir with the spoon always have a bit of reassurance. Only downside is as she got a little older she ate more and one jar of food took ages on the small spoons, and of course she began to bite on them and they wore after a little while, I bought the deeper rounder munchkin spoons after these which I use now and are perfect. I was thinking a lot if I need these spoons as I couldn't believe it they can change to white when the food is too hot. I don't regret it I bought them. My baby loves these spoons. We weaned her at 4.5 due to medical advice. These spoons are small enough for her to take a mouthful easily. The handles are thin enough that she can already grip them to try and feed herself. The white temperature indicator is a great way to let you know if the food is the correct temperature. Great 1st weaning spoons. They change colour to white if the temperature is too hot which is brilliant. Really good size for 1st weaning as can easily fit into small mouths, found other spoons too big which meant harder for baby to get food. Would recommend
