I use this Vicks VapoRub which helps relieve coughs, colds and flues, this also helps me to breath more easily through the night either by applying some Vicks near your nostrils or with a bowl of warm water and breath it in. i highly recommend buying this product. - Strengths:

Rub on chest and feet, strong as can feel it tingle, does the job, clears blocked noses, great for adults and our teenage son always goes to this now when blocked up. Only need a little so lasts a while. - Strengths:

My family use this mainly my 4 year old son who suffers with asthma so seems to get every sniffle going. We find that this really eases his suffering of blocked noses and sniffles. It's gentle to his skin and can also be used on a soft tissue tucked up his sleeve throughout the day. The only downfall I have found is that it's restricted for use for over 2's. Vicks is great for older children but sadly not licensed for babies. It’s greasy so it can be hard to get off clothes. It smells nice & is easy to rub on. It seams to help some children breath more easily when congested.

I always keep a jar of this in the cabinet, it is really effective in clearing a stuffy nose, used either on a hanky on for the little ones I dilute in water and let them breathe in the vapours, keep away from eyes though. - Strengths:

When my little boy was ill with a cold and bunged up as a baby I would use it as part of the bedtime routine. Massage it onto his back and soles of feet. The balm melts and absorbed well.
When he got older and harder to pin down i could quite easily apply it undetected while he slept.
For older children and adults you can put it in boiling water and breath the vapours to releave a blocked nose.
It is so versatile and great for the hole family that it is worth having in the house. - Strengths:

Have been using Vicks for years. My mother used it on me as a child, I now use it on my own, and still use it myself. The smell helps to clear out your congregation and soothes coughs. We have even put it on the soles of feet with socks over top to help with bad coughs. I think that the combination of the soothing smell and the human touch of rubbing the cream onto the skin really helps sooth a child and makes them feel better. Somebody advised me to lightly apply to babies feet I thought they were mad during a really bad cold and at my wits end I tried it and it really did help now I have baby in the shower room with the shower on creating steam and Vick’s in hot water and he sleeps well at night even with a cold! - Strengths:

Description
Vicks VapoRub is a bathroom cabinet essential and is suitable for use on children from two years of age and adults to relieve coughs, colds, flu and respiratory symptoms. Can also soothe muscle and joint pain. The mix of eucalyptus and menthol eases breathing and sore throats night and day.
Active Ingredients: Levomenthol 2.75 %w/w, Camphor 5 %w/w, Eucalyptus oil 1.5 %w/w, Turpentine oil 5 %w/w
Excipients: Thymol, Cedarwood oil, White soft paraffin
