As it’s something new it takes time to get used to it. So it feels slightly uncomfortable at first. It is easily adjustable and is very supportive particularly on the back. - Strengths:

this belly belt is fantastic, really takes the strain from the weight of my bump, i'm at stage 37 weeks, so feeling a little uncomfortable and this belt really helps, a bit expensive and didn't really like the colour, maybe a good choice of colours could be added. - Strengths:

I had (still have ) spd with my second pregnancy. This held my pelvis together, stopping unnecessary movement. Had to wear this all day, every day and without it walking was nearly impossible. I use it still after pregnancy until I heal. It's easy to wash and hides beneath clothes well. - Strengths:

I brought this when I was 3 months pregnant to help with sciatica. I didn’t have much of a bump but it helped to support my back as my bump grew. It was really comfortable and supportive for the next 3 months, but the Velcro quickly wore out. I developed SPD at 7 months and I couldn’t use this band because the Velcro had gone on it. Had to send it back. Such a shame. - Strengths:

Feel like it really gives support and takes the weight off my back
- Weaknesses:
Took a while to gauge the tightness but I think that’s me not having any experience in fitting one.

Really easy and comfortable to wear, does not roll or fold over and really has helped in supporting by growing bump. I have excess skin from weight loss and this has also help in the pulling down feeling and back ache.
Definitely would recommend. - Strengths:
