This is a comfortable baby carrier, I no longer have back, neck cough or shoulder ache. My other half is able to wear it and he is 6 foot and a rugby player and it still fits him, so it fits a large waist.
I wish it had a had a good for when baby falls asleep.
It takes a few goes to get used to putting baby in it, but then it’s super easy and quick. The shoulder strap is the trickiest strap to do up.
This baby carrier replaced another carrier I bought, I used it from when baby was about 5 months old, so can’t say what it’s like with a new born, but it does say suitable from birth.
This carrier does save my back from hurting and LO loves being in it. She will comfortably sleep in it too.

Baby loves being in the carrier.
The instructions are great and help to make sure baby is safe and secure.
The only thing I don't like is how hard it is to fasten the back strap of you're on your own, Could do with a little extra length.

Description
The Upscale Customisable Baby Carrier features 4 different carrying positions.
It has soft padded straps, structured head support and a seat that can be customised for comfort.
The forward facing position provides ergonomic, knee-to-knee support for infants. When the time is right, the seat can be adjusted to provide support with a naturally rounded back. Babies with head control can be worn facing outwards, whereas toddlers can ride backpack-style.
The padded shoulder straps and a supportive belt evenly distributes baby’s weight.
The soft, quilted fabric is machine washable.
