My grandaughter loves this little toy in the bath, it's been small enough for her to dunk it under water and watch it pop up again. Or she just moves it all around it a great distraction when hair washing too. It's strong, light weight and seems just right for baby hand size. It also has a a movable top that rolls which is easy and fun. Price very reasonable I thought. - Strengths:

Little one loves this toy even though he's now 4 as a fan of boats and loves that the propeller spins and it's an ideal toy to play with siblings as well. - Strengths:

I bought this toy from Munchkin site long time ago when my little one was just 7-8 months old to keep him entertain at the bath and to enjoy his bath every time. And now is not bathing without his yellow submarine.
I also use this toy to rinse my little one when we finish bathing, it's so easy to use and great to play in the water.
I would definitely recommend it as we still use it and we love it :) - Strengths:
