Nice and comfortable. I never leaked milk but in the beginning I used to wear these to stop my extra sensitive nipples from rubbing against my bra. Such a relief. - Strengths:

This product is wonderful for breastfeeding mums. My milk supply is huge and no milk is leaking all the time. I could not survive without Lansinoh pads.

Great breast pads! After trying quite a few different breast pads and having a lot of embarrassing moments of wet tops I found these great breast pads . They are very slim and discreet and super absorbent. They come in single packets which is good as you may not always need to replace both at the same time but on the other hand there is a lot of plastic wrapping to throw away. These breast pads are wonderful for breastfeeding mothers who want an easy breast pad which doesn't show through clothes and holds a good amount of milk before it needs changing.
they come in either packs of 30 or 60 and come individually packed so you can take them easily wherever you go. the box.claims they hold 5x their weight in milk and this seams plausible as they are very absorbent. they have 2 sticky tabs on so they don't move when in your bra or clothing and are practically invisible through clothes.
they are fairly expensive but I feel this is a fair price for a very good product - Strengths:

This product is wonderful for breastfeeding mums. Altho I don’t have a tendency to leak with my baby being so small (6lb8oz at birth) I do have a tendency to get sore so used with their nipple cream it’s a god send. - Strengths:

For a woman who tends to leak a lot, these are brilliant!! Way better than any other pads I'd tried. Seem to hold so much and are comfy so bonuses all around.
Only downside is they're not as cheap as other brands but the best on the market by far so maybe worth paying the extra. -

I don't know if this is because I simply had a huge excess of milk but these breast pads were no use whatsoever for me.
My milk would simply leak through and soak my T-shirt every single time within ten minutes. Sometimes it even did this when I put two or three pads in at once. And sometimes they fell out of my bra.
Especially when I was out I really wished these breast pads had been better as I would suddenly be walking around with wet patches on my chest. - Weaknesses:

These are a bit more expensive than other breast pads I've used but they are by far the best I've used.
I have a fast let down and tend to soak the breast pad on the opposite side to which my baby is feeding. This are super absorbent and keep me feeling dry too. Love them. - Strengths:

These pads are very absorbent and you do not feel damp once you take the pad out. I have never had any problems with leaking. The pad has a cotton feel top which stops your body sweating and becoming very uncomfortable. I have found some brands very plastic which is very uncomfortable.
These can be a little expensive but for the comfort and the reassurance they wont leak it is worth the extra. - Strengths:

I have tried many breast pads and these are by far the best! Absorb loads and only need to change once a day. Even when really few you feel dry to touch. Soft and comfortable. Comes in little individual packets and have sticky back to stick to inside of bra which i dint use as still come out when go to feed.
These are the only breast pads i use now as i over produce and they are just perfect.

These are my favourite nipple pads they are the right size, discreet, and are very absorbent however they are too expensive when compared to other brands very similar in the product like boots.

Great product, most comfortable on the nipple as it hasn’t a soft lining, helped with cracked nipples.

I am a first time mum and these have been a life saver! Breastfeeding was all new to me so I pretty much tried everything. I came across these in the supermarket after a day of using reusable pads that were constantly leaking. It was like a breath of fresh air, they had great absorbancy and I had no leakages.

Tried several brands and this one is the best one on each single point: comfortable, reliable, absorbent. They are also very discreet.
They could be slightly stickier but all other brands i tried were much worse.

Great product for comfort, all the padding meant there was little chaffing! Originally got them included in Scottish baby box and couldn't find any others to rival this.

Very comfortable and soft on chapped, sore nipples. Sticky side is good could use another sticky tab in my opinion.

These are in single packets which can make them good for taking in your bag, but Is also a huge waste of packaging and you have to fiddle with taking one out of a packet and unfolding it every time.
They are also not breathable which isn’t good for nipple health.
