I have no regrets buying this chair!! Once put together it is fantastic. It is modular, so you can keep changing it to suit your lifestyle and needs. It has many attachments you can buy to use, and my baby really likes being able to eat at the table with everyone. An investment but would highly recommend. - Strengths:

Fantastic chair. We own 2 my 9 year old has one and so does the baby. I love how easy they are to clean and adjust. Fabulous design - they are comfortable and very suitable for dining tables. We bought these in the Stokke store with cushions and newborn set which can become very pricey but it was worth it as they worked well. Adjusting the seat is so easy just need to loosen the screws. The 2nd plate under is a great leg rest and as the kids can be level with us at the dining table their legs are still comfortable and not bangling. The newborn set is perfect at eye level for feeding and keeping them engaged. From homework to dinner love this multi adjustable chair. Good value for money. - Strengths:

We bought this chair second hand when our boy was 1,5 years old. It fits nicely under the table and is very easy to clean. I love that it is made from strong, stylish wood as we prefer to have less and less plastic in our home. My child is included in every meal and I believe we will be using this chair for a very long time as it is great even for older children. I am truly satisfied with this product! - Strengths:

A fantastic highchair that we have used since our eldest was a newborn, now using again for our second and looking to buy another!
The newborn chair allows you to have baby at your level at the table, plus off the floor near pets or other children.
Once used as a highchair for weaning it is easy to clean and looks much nicer in a kitchen than it’s plastic counterparts.
For toddlers and older children it becomes an easy to adjust chair, with the added bonus of being sturdier than a normal chair should your little one try and stand on it, it won’t tip without a great amount of force!

We love our Tripp Trapp. It is an excellent quality highchair and it fits nicely with any table, meaning that your child can be with you during meal times, without a bulky tray or footplate getting in the way. Our daughter is comfortable in her highchair and enjoys sitting up at the table with us.
The highchair is expensive, particularly when you consider that you do not get any extras with it. You will need to buy the baby set, the seat covers (if required), the tray and the straps. However, it is a piece that can be used for many years and will last forever. I love our Tripp Trapp and I am glad we made the decision to buy this chair. - Strengths:

The high chair came flat packed it was easy to build and it’s easy to move the planks that form the seat and foot plate as the child grows. We had the back of our engraved with our sons name. We have had all the accessories which are bought separately to use the high chair from birth. - Strengths:

Absolutely love our Tripp Trapp seat. It enables my 2 year old to site nicely with us at the family dining table. It's a perfect height so he is at a lovely level.
The only thing I would say about it is that it is very expensive just for the base unit, if you want straps, cushions etc you hav eto pay a lot more for the extras. - Strengths:

Had this since my daughter was a newborn and it had the newborn insert. She is now one and loves sitting in it. It keeps her secure and sitting upright which allows her to sit at the table like we do.
The only thing we found wrong with it is that it was difficult to put together. - Strengths:

We fell in love with this chair at a baby show and knew we had to have it. We got the newborn seat initially and it was a lifesaver as it was one thing my baby would happily stay in - he loved how high it was as he could see everything we were doing. Now moved up into the baby seat for feeding and again he likes being in it.It looks lovely and will definitely be in use for many years to come. It is a little difficult to change cushions on the seat as you need to take off the tray and the actual seat each time - wish they came up with a better design for the cushions. Also odd that there are different products available in the UK and abroad - when looking online at videos on how to make changes, you see a lot of variety in the parts. The whole package is pricey compared to other chairs available and I would recommend when you move up stages to get things second hand (make sure they fit your model). I would recommend if you have the space to keep a chair that does not fold and like a stylish look. - Strengths:

We got our first tripp trapp 2,5 years ago and our 3year old boy still uses it every day. I fell in love with this chair so recently we have bought another one for our 6months old who will start eating very soon :) we also have two different high chairs (the older son can't fit in them anymore....) but nothing compares with this one! It's stylish, easy to clean, compact - doesn't take a lot of space. In my opinion the only weakness of that chair is the price... Its not cheap but considering it lasts for many years is definitely worth to get one. - Strengths:

They say you can use this chair from age 0-99 And that really is true! The basic chair is good quality and easy to assemble. You need to adjust this as your child grows but when adjusted properly, it promotes proper posture.
I’ve used this from birth for which you need to buy the various add ons such as the baby seat and the child seat but these have been invaluable in providing a place for the baby to sit during family meal times. The add ons, covers, harnesses etc can make this quite an expensive chair overall but I think it is a worthy investment as you get a lot of use from them. The chair and accessories are available in various colours/finishes.
You get a long warranty period from the manufacture too which is always reassuring. - Strengths:

My son loves this high chair as it fits perfectly under the table so he can join in at mealtimes. It was easy to assemble and is easy to keep clean.
Accessories are separate (harness, tray, cushions) which make it even more expensive if you choose to buy them.
Overall, I like the fact it grows with your child so I guess you’d get your money’s worth out of it - Strengths:

After looking at a whole lot of highchairs I finally decided to purchase the Tripp Trapp. First reason was that it’s super easy to clean. Just wipe with no small cracks where food can get stuck. Secondly it grows with my child so can be used for a long time. Third, it can easy tuck under the dining table hence doesn’t take up space when not in use. The downside it’s quite expensive as you have to purchase the baby set, harness, cushion, trays separately which can cost quite a bit - and some of these accessories are required when using the chair with a smaller child. - Strengths:

Although expensive, I wouldn’t consider another high chair other than a Tripp Trapp, having used it for almost three years. In fact, it is such a great purchase, I have bought a second one for baby number two (due September). The Tripp Trapp has a seven year warranty, giving you peace of mind, and is so easy to clean, which is one of my major factors when considering a high chair. It does not take up a lot of space and can slide right under our table (even with the tray). It is very comfortable (I’ve sat on it!) and encourages children to sit next to you at mealtimes at the table from birth until they are adults. I absolutely love the design, it’s longevity (high weight limit) and it is very durable; we have the hazy grey and I love that you can see the grain.
The shape of the backrest is great and my son now has great posture when sitting, which I believe the Tripp trapp has helped to achieve! It is a more ethical highchair, given that it is made of wood rather than plastic, and I don’t see it as ‘baby furniture’. Instead, I see it as useful and pleasing to the eye as the rest of our furniture. It is very easy to assemble and adapt as your child grows in height (such as the footrest) and some of the accessories are fantastic, such as the tray, harness and baby seat. Now my son is a toddler, we have taken off the baby seat and tray; he can easily climb onto and get off the highchair himself, which helps to promote his independence. Highly recommend investing in this highchair. - Strengths:

Lovely wooden seat, I love we all sit at the table together and don’t have a mindless big plastic lump in the corner like a traditional high chair. It blends with the other furniture too. With all the add ins its grown as my baby/toddler has. And no struggling to clip tray on and off. It’s pricey for a high chair but you can use it for years as a chair for the child as they grow. - Strengths:

We have the tripp trapp with additional baby set & have been very pleased with it. It allows our daughter to sit up next to the table with us to eat. It was easy to put together & it is easy to adjust its foot plate height as she has grown. It comes in a range of colours so can be selected to match kitchen decor. It is easy to wipe clean. You can purchase removal washable cushions, which come in a range of colours.
You can purchase a tray to go with it if you prefer the more classic high chair. As the child grows you can remove the baby set & it can be used as a normal chair. So it should last until they are fully grown.
The downside is the cost the base unit is about £160 then you add on the baby kit, then cushions etc it gets expensive very quickly. - Strengths:

My second little boy is the most adventurous child you can imagine, we bought this because he is slim and was managing to escape all the other chairs we have tried. It is very sturdy and will last us until he is ready for using adult seats so has saved us purchasing a booster for the future.
It is very easy to clean with out too many nucks and crannys for food to hide down.
My eldest was quite a chunky baby and would have struggled getting him in and out.

Designed to last a lifetime, by bringing your child to the table as soon as you want to. From newborn, with the newborn set, or from weaning, with the baby set. Such a variety of colours, something to suit everyone!
We got our first Tripp Trapp 4 years ago when my daughter took a liking to her cousins. We knew when we fell pregnant again we'd need another one so instantly bought one. We now have two pink personalised Tripp Trapps for our girls (6 years and 22 months) which can be used by anyone as they are strong enough in design to last throughout adult good. - Strengths:

I’m so happy with my Tripp Trapp high chair. I chose a natural wood finish to match the other chairs around our dining table. It’s really easy to clean and can even be adjusted for an adult to sit on if we have lots of people over! It’s not the cheapest high chair on the market but it’s easily one of the best looking, well made and long lasting. - Strengths:

We love this highchair. It’s pricey but definitely worth it! It changes with your child and currently we have a 3 year old and a 6 month old using it (not at the same time) the kids can eat at the table with us and it’s also good for crafts and painting etc. Wipes clean and it also looks really nice. We never have to tidy it away it just lives at the dining room table. I would definitely get this again and am considering buying another so they don’t have to share. (The 3 year old now uses a bumper seat for dinner when they baby is in the highchair). - Strengths:

My daughter has been using this since she started weaning at 5 months and it’s a great product, that is well designed and easy to use. You can move the foot and bottom plate down as baby grows and keeps the well supported and upright. It’s easy to clean and the if you purchase the tray it is was easily removed to clean, without the tray it pushes up to the table quiet nicely. The only drawback is it’s expensive to purchase and so are the accessories. - Strengths:

I love this chair and so does my 4yo. So much so I have had to buy a second one for number two as he is unwilling to give his up.
I used the chair from birth, with the newborn seat, and am still using it. The chair easily adapts to every developmental stage from newborn to adult with easy add-on accessories.
The newborn seat allows you to have the baby at table height so meal times are more of a family affair. For the weening stage, you can easily fit the baby set and tray and if needed for an extra wriggly baby get a harness.
It is easy to keep clean and it is an addition to the home furniture, it's not a big cumbersome piece that only comes out at meal times.
It is an investment piece but I highly recommend it as you will definitely get your monies worth out of it. - Strengths:
