i love this car seat it is so comfortable and padded which makes it very safe for my child to sit in, he is so relaxed and calm sitting adorably in the maxi cosi Tobi car seat that he even falls asleep after long car journeys.Another good point is that it has a colour indicator to tell you if the harness is correctly adjusted which makes it easy to use, it is quite heavy to pick up and place into the car other than that i really like it due it being simple and easy to use also i love the design of the car seat it makes it standout,i would definitely recommend it to anyone. - Strengths:

I used 2 maxi cosi tobi. first 3 years and the second one for 2 years. it is a proven and the simplest car seat on the market. 5-point seat belts and the ability to adjust the backrest level are what distinguishes it. it is quickly and easily mounted and dismounted from the car. the only disadvantage is the upholstery. when the child sleeps, he often sweats his head. this sweat changes the colour of the seat's material and it can not be worked out. it looks not aesthetically after the first nap of a child. it's the only fault I've encountered.

This seat is very roomy and feels like it would last a long time. Little one always fell asleep in it so it must have been very comfortable. I would get this seat again however I did find it was heavy if you needed to take it out of the car. I also found the straps very hard to tighten and would need to tighten them again each time I put her in the seat which was a pain - Strengths:

we purchased this seat with little knowledge of car seats. I find the seat easy and quick to fit, and it seems to be comfortable. My little girl quickly falls asleep, and it can be easily changed into a reclined position. The seat is quite high, which means my daughter can see out of the window, which is great on long journeys. There is an indicator which turns green once you have tightened the harness enough, which I find sometimes moves. Overall, good value for money. - Strengths:

This car seat is excellent we now have two of them one for each of our kids. Love that you can recline it take covers off to wash buy replacement covers how easy it is to apply and mostly how comfortable my children look in it. - Strengths:

Lovely comfy car seat which reclines, adjustable head rest to grow with the child.
Really easy to fasten and unfasten and loosen the straps.
A great pro of the green safety light to tell you when the straps are of a safe tightness.

We love this car seat and have been using it with our daughter for the last couple of year she's now unfortunately outgrown it but I'll be purchasing another once our third little man outgrows his. It's an extremely comfortable seat and I love the way the straps are spring loaded so you can put your child in with ease. If also reclines slightly making the journey more comfortable when there asleep. - Strengths:

My daughter LOVES this seat. We've bee using it since swapping to front facing and honestly it's amazing value for money .
I'm gutted I have to get her a new seat now she's turning 4 .
Easy to strip down if you have a mucky pup like mine lol and washes lovely. So easy to use .
If I had to pick any kind of downfall if would be that she you do take it out , it's a bit bulky and heavy , So if you don't carry it at a certain angle, your shins will take a bash , but still worth the bruise IMHO - Strengths:

A great car seat. I used the Toby for two of my children, hard wearing and long lasting. The car seat is easy to get in and out of the car (frequently moved from one car to the other without issue) and comfortable, both of my children were very happy with it. This was by far our favourite car seat for this age group.

We have used one of these seats for all of our children and currently have our 20 month old daughter in one and will use one for our soon due baby when it's time.
I love the way the straps are spring loaded so stay up so you can put your child in with ease, makes like so much easier anything that's takes the stress out of putting them in the car is a god send!
It's lovely and padded and feels really sturdy once fitted and my child looks comfortable. It reclines easily into a few positions which is great when they drop off to sleep, they are also seated quiet high up so enjoy looking out of the window on journeys.

Best car seat! And we have tried several brands at grandparent's cars. First of I found it easy to belt in your car compared to other seats. It's also quite easy to remove and put back the seat cover (something that I have to do quite often ?) it also has good head support especially when the fall asleep. - Strengths:

We have used this seat over the past 8 years for 3 children, and it's still going strong. It's easy to install and remains tight in its position, it doesn't wobble like some seats do. It's quite elevated so your toddler can see out of the window. It tilts back and keeps your child in a comfortable position. With the sprung straps it's easy to get your child into the seat. This is a great car seat that is built to last. All three of my boys have used it and much prefer it to a more basic maxi cosi we use in my other half’s car.
The seat is well padded, and feels really robust. It reclines easily for in car naps and the spring loaded shoulder straps mean you don’t have to go searching for straps under your child so you can get them strapped in with minimum fuss!
I like that it is quite a raised seat so gives your little passenger a good view out of the window.
The only real downside is that it’s not that easy to clean, but if the worse happens then I know you can order replacement covers from the maxi cosi website! - Strengths:

I love this care seat it is very durable. Easy to use and install. We swap this between our can and van on a daily basis. It is rather high so difficult to get my three year old in without bashing her head. However she can climb in with ease. It is well made and has lasted through two children. This car seat is so easy to strap into the car and strap your child in. The green light is very useful to you know when the straps are tight enough and your child is safe. The Maxi-Cosi Tobi is a forward-facing car seat that is suitable from 9 to 18 kg (approx. 9 months until 4 years).
It is ideal for curious toddlers as its extra high position gives them great visibility out of the window. When it's time for a sleep, the comfortable recline position can be accessed from the front of the seat.
