When we had our eldest daughter, I loved this app. Not knowing when children learn to do things etc, we found this app super useful to really start to understand what was going on. The major factor for this was regarding sleep and when babies regress, which was an excellent feature for the app as any new parent worries when their baby just won't sleep for what feels like a lifetime, but it's just a leap!Read more
The only downside I have to this app is that it almost puts every baby into the same category as to when they should be learning and developing new things, but every baby is different and not all babies learn/develop at the same rate. - Strengths:

I found this app by mistake but is very helpful and have gotten a few friends on it too! All babies are obviously different so it’s not always 100% accurate but it’s close enough that you can be prepared for different leaps and grumpy stages! - Strengths:

I absolutely love this app and recommend it to everyone who is expecting a baby or has a new baby. It explains the stages in a baby’s development in terms of leaps. This app is great. It allows you to see when your baby will be having more fussy times and when this is happening when they’re going to end. It also suggests different exercises so you can understand what your baby is going through.

I purchased this app quite soon after my baby was born and it keeps track of any leaps or development/fussy stages your baby is going through based on your due date. Most of the time when my little girl hasn’t been her normal happy self I’ve checked the app and she was going through a leap or fussy stage and it’s just good info to know what they are learning at that time and what new things they should now be able to do. - Strengths:

I've recently downloaded this app to keep on track with my baby's development. So far I find it very interesting to read about what developments and changes I can expect in my baby and find it useful to see when any particularly fussy periods may be upcoming with the chart feature. There is also an option to add your own notes so you can track your own baby's reactions to each leap. -

This is a fantastic app! It’s the best 2.99 I’ve spent on an app. It lets me know when my little girl is going to be due her next leap. It explains to you what will happen and why! Once you hit the leap it updates with more information and tips etc. I would highly recommend it. It just makes you understand why baby is all of a sudden more clingy etc. - Strengths:

I used this app with my first child but discovered the app quite late. In that period I was amazed how helpful this app was. Honestly the fussy stages can drive us patents mad but it's great to know why they are fussy. Also to predict when we can expect those fussy stages and also the happy ones. I love this app stops me from going crazy to understand it's a phase and it part of their development. Every time they become more fussy or upset I check the app and 99% of the time they are starting a new leap. I absolutely love this app and I couldn’t be without it, the information provided is so accurate iits mind blowing, the chart is a god send especially the fact it can be linked to your calander to notify me when it tells me weather my baby’s mood is going going to be happy or unhappy.
I can’t recommend it enough especially for first time mummies like myself.

I love The Wonder Weeks. For a first time parent especially it really helps rationalise every tantrum and odd changes in feeding and sleeping. I literal don't know what I'd in done without this app especially in the first 3 months...apart from cry every day in frustration! The app considerably eased concerns and stress that could have easily dominated the hardest first few months and I just wish I could buy the app for my pregnant friends! - Strengths:

Useful app which explains the fussy phases of a baby over the first two years.
It gives detailed descriptions what’s happening with the baby development in each leap and also gives ideas how to further promote it.
It can save a mums sanity by knowing the fussiness will be over to some point. -

This is the 2nd best baby app I use, only being beaten by Baby+ & that’s only because it’s my everyday app for recording day to day info. The weekly mood diary also helps us to understand if we’re going to be experiencing a tough week or potential a better week. It’s a great idea to be able to understand the leaps baby will be experiencing.

I purchased this app after it was recommended by other mums on a group. Prior to this I had never heard of leaps and didn't really know what was going off with my little one. I find reading about each leap really interesting, I like the tips regarding how to help encourage little one to use their new skills and found this really helps my little boy. Sometimes the days vary a few either side but the information in regards to the leap is always correct. It’s brought me a lot of relief and really helped me understand why baby is acting the way he is and what he’s currently going through as he develops. I regularly refer to this app whenever I notice that my baby is having a bad spell. It often explains the reasoning behind the change in behaviour and offers a very good insight to weekly development of my baby and makes suggestions on how to further this development and support them through a troublesome “storm” period. I found this app helpful as a first time mother as it helped me understand what my LG was going through and why at times she was being fussy or more clingy than normal. It explains what the baby is experiencing at different developmental milestones and how their behaviour can be rationalised. It lets you know that what you are going through is perfectly normal and as a first timer this was worth knowing! A little on the expensive side for what I would normally pay for an app but really informative and reassuring. I love this app it really helps to identify different developmental stages for my baby and is very accurate With the descriptions. It links to your phone calendar and gives you a notification or alarm when that stage is approaching.
