This pump is simple to use once you read the instruction also easy to clean and sterilise.
When my milk came in my baby couldn't handle the amount produce I used it to store of the excess milk for later date. It has great 2 phase stimulation which help draw the milk and empty with great success.
For my 4th day breastfeeding and baby only handle one boob so pumped with the other and got out a good 4 oz of breast milk and that was just the first week. - Strengths:

I love this breast pump so much. It is so quiet my daughter doesn’t even notice when I use this in the middle of the night. As for the milk collection I have had fantastic results, I get more milk off this than other pumps I have tried. It’s easy to disassemble and clean which is great as I do this several times a day. It is fairly expensive but I think you get what you pay for and for me this was worth every penny. - Strengths:

When breastfeeding didn't work out and pumping manually became a chore, this product saved me from hand ache and totally giving up!
It is very easy to use and very easy to sterilise. My only problem with this was that it is quite noisy so not very discreet but fine in the comfort of your own home. - Strengths:

I couldn’t be without this product, it works so well! I love the fact it’s got different settings because not all women are the same! The only down side to this is the length of the suction tube between the pump and bottle. Overall, best investment - Strengths:

When I first began to express I had a manual pump, i got so frustrated with the lack of milk and the constant hand ache. After careful consideration I decided to invest in the swing pump and it was the best decision I ever made. I waited for the pump to be on offer as I thought it was quite expensive. It is easy to use, easy to clean and comes with extra parts. The pump is a little loud but not as loud as some others on the market. I get so much more milk out now in much less time.

Every mom has different reasons why using a breastpump. My baby was struggling gaining back her birth weight so I had to top up with expressed milk at every feed.Initially we got a manual pump, ended paying £30 and I was very unhappy with that one. The Medela breast pump made all the difference for me. So easy to use -literally switched it on, put it on and milk started flowing. AlthoughI had sore nipples I didn’t have any pain while expressing It’s super convenient having the bottle attached and it’s very hygienic to store after.

Bought this pump of a friend who had no use for it which meant I was lucky to get it cheaper as it's expensive.
However, it is amazing! Can express lots of milk without any effort.
Love the battery and mains option as can do it on the move.
Mine wasn't working at first due to the white suction layer having a tear in but can easily be replaced.
Would highly recommend if you are going to be expressing a lot. - Strengths:

Absolutely in love with this. I had the Nuby one before but that was nothing compared to this. Its comfortable, and seems get more out. I am so happy spending the money to get this as I feel that it will change my approach to expressing. Its so easy and you can set it up relatively quickly. The only downside is its still quite bulky but nothing compared to the Nuby one. Can use batteries as well to travel around without having to find a mains. - Strengths:

I used this to pump for my twins and found the design worked for me really well. Having the stand was fantastic! It isn't top noisy but felt powerful enough for me. The different settings were great for adjusting the power as and when needed. -

This breast pump has been amazing. I've been using for 7 months now and really rate it. It's easy to use, has worked every single time on both sides and I love how baby can drink straight from the bottle. The only negative I can think of is there's quote a few little pieces foe washing and putting back together. - Strengths:

I was recommended this by a friend and bought mine second hand which was definitely worthwhile. Its easy to use, painless and easy to sterilise. It's also quiet for an electric pump. It worked well for me and I can't think of any disadvantages really - Strengths:

The automatic 2 phase pump is great as you don't need to adjust the settings manually like some other pumps, however I've found it to be quite rough and made me quite sore as I needed the suction to be high to actually get any milk out. It's also not a closed system so there is risk of getting milk and any cleaning products into the motor which would obviously cause issues. It's only supplied with one size of shield so getting the right size is an added cost. - Strengths:

This is a great starter pump, it is light weight and small.
Has easy settings and really simple to use.
You can change the strength of suction.
This was the pump I used for my last baby and it was fantastic as I was new to pumps and it was easy to use. Although it can take a while but great if it’s for occasional use rather then all the time. - Strengths:

Over all this is a good product and it does the job it needs to do well. It’s a lovely looking design, you can power via mains or if your on the go then you can power it via batteries. It’s easy to Set up and clean. The suction settings are good and it has a ‘stimulating’ selection pre let down which is also good as it helps to ensure that you are ‘gentle’ on yourself. The only things that I didn’t like about this machine is the level of noise it makes. I must say it is rather loud and only gets louder when you select a higher setting. However if you aren’t put off by the sound and your household can deal with this then this product may be right for you!
Despite the one negative, I would still highly recommend this product. - Strengths:

This pump has worked well for me with the calma bottles. It’s comfortable and easy to use and put together. The only difficulty I had was it had to be held at an angle so the milk flowed through the valve into the bottle, this sometimes meant sitting awkwardly to angle it correctly. When I didn’t ensure this milk started coming back up the tube that attached to the electric pack. - Strengths:

Last time I breast fed I used a manual pump but thought this time I'd try an electric in the hope I could Express more so my partner and daughter could help feed our little one. This pump does not disappoint it is easy to use and clean and has the added benefit of being either mains powered or battery meaning I can express when away from home. The biggest downside is that each time you turn it on it reverts to the lowest suction settings meaning you have to increase each time a memory of the setting would be useful. It is expensive to purchase but then so are most of the electric pumps but it is worth the outlay if you are sure you are going to use it. - Strengths:

This pump has been such a lifesaver. One of my nipples was very damaged and sore, and I had been spending hours using a manual pump to give me a break from feeding. However I found the manual pump as painful as feeding and really ineffective. My husband suggested I buy a medela electric pump as I had used one in hospital and found it very comfortable. I can honestly say the medela swing was just as good as the pump I used in hospital. It’s effective, pain free and not too noisy either. I think I’d have given up breastfeeding if not for this pump. - Strengths:

This is the second electric pump I’ve tried. My baby is 7 weeks so I’m not sure if my supply has something to do with it but I sometimes get 100mls in half an hour and other times I get 50ml. What I like about this is you can purchase different size flanges. The standard size was still to big for me and partly the reason why I counsel express a lot. I’ve now ordered the smaller one and I’m happy with the amount of milk it pulls. There is different settings so you can mimic the strength of your babies suck. I feel like it Pumps out better quality milk (rather than the watery milk you get at the start of a feed) you just have to invest a lot of time into it to get a lot of milk. - Strengths:

I always find myself going back to this breast pump despite having a couple others.
although the parts are a little fiddly to clean and assemble, once you know what you are doing, it's super easy.
This breast pump is a little bit noisy but have found that it is definitely quieter than the others I own.
The one thing is do love about this breast pump it its stimulation sequence. I have found this to be really beneficial when trying to express, and have found that I am able to express more when using this as compared to not.
The only downside I have found is that if I have expressed a full bottle, and I am not paying close attention, some milk can get sucked back into the tube. this is however easily avoided!

I've always been able to get a good amount of milk out with this. The pump is built in though so if you don't use it for a while you'll need to open it up to check for mould (I've never found any!). It's reasonably quiet which is great. - Strengths:
