One of the main reasons we purchased this pushchair was because the suspension was so good! We had tested a few different pushchairs out in different stores but found they the majority had little to no suspension. We wanted a pushchair which we could use everywhere and not have to struggle. The suspension I cannot fault. It looks good and once you get used to setting it up and putting it down it’s pretty easy to use. The main issue I have found is fitting it into the car. I have a large family car with a huge boot but it’s quite a tight fit and haven’t been able to fit it in any family or friends cars so have had to switch to a different strolled on these occasions. It is a pram I would recommend however as the quality is fab!

I was given this pram by a friend. I love how it’s suitable to use from birth upwards with varying attachments. You can attach a car seat using adapters however I choose to use the bassinet as I prefer my little boy to have the space to stretch out and it’s also a safe sleep space if we are out for a large part of the day. You can really feel the quality of the pram with the materials of the hood etc. I was able to push my little boy in the pram 2 days after having my c-section for a short period because of how easy and light it feels (photo attached). Biggest downside is the size of the basket. You also have to have a fairly sizeable boot. I have a Ford Fiesta and it takes up most of the boot and we have to take out the shelf because of the height. But that’s to be expected. Once we stop using the bassinet I know it will take up less room. I would recommend this pram.

Over all a very good product. Cot part is large and fits a reasonably large baby inside. Will last until baby can sit up. Sturdy frame and aesthetically pleasing. However it’s difficult to fold down until you perfect your technique and doesn’t fold down very small, takes up my entire boot of my car (Volvo)

    • Weaknesses:

Pram is really lovely to push it goes over bumps and up and down kerbs without a problem. There’s a few down sides , the biggest one is how hard it is to put up and down , the basket is useless as can’t fit anything in it.

We bought this as a second pram at our holiday home. The biggest pain is pushing it, the front wheels swivel and you sometimes have to manouvere it a bit to get it to push forward. The basket is small and is so awkward to get to, you can’t put a bag of shopping in it unless you put each item in individually. You can’t fit a tin of milk or a 4 pint milk as the basket is too close to the seat. I find it hard to fold and seems to take up loads of space once it’s dismantled, but the baby loves it. He is so comfy in it, he goes straight to sleep as soon as I put him in it. The hood is decent and the liner makes it easy to clean. Not sure I’d buy it again though.

I was very disappointed with my surf. I brought one for my 1st child as it was perfect in every way, look, style etc but I was very disappointed once I started to use it. It was a pain having to take everything off like the seat/pram section to fold pushchair, it took up a lot of space in the boot too. I found it didn't push very well and was rubbish on rough ground. I found it wasn't easy to place items on the handle bar section as it would end up tipping the pram. Overall I would not rate the surf and wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was over priced and not worth the hassle.
