I’ve had this car seat since my little boy was born and he’s always fit comfortably in it with the different inserts. I’ve washed the cover twice and it was easy to take off and put back on. I really like that the seat is rear facing until the maximum weight limit if you choose to stay rear facing. The car seat is very sturdy and looks comfortable for my little boy. The only problem that I’ve had with this car seat is that it doesn’t recline back very much so when my son was a newborn it would have been better if it reclined slightly more. The headrest is easy to adjust (the straps move up when you move the headrest up too). I’d recommend this car seat for anybody.

I got this car seat after the one we had originally wasn’t suitable. It’s easy to fix in the car, the 360 spin is fanstastic as you don’t have to lean in to fasten baby in. It can be tilted. Comfy and safe for baby

This is the second seat that I have used for my little boy. He quickly outgrew his first seat and began to complain when put in it. This one he smiles and has never complained. It's easy to use and I can see that he is safe and secure. The fact that it spins means that I can get him into my small car easily.

This is an amazing car seat that saves the strain on your back of leaning over to strap them in. The the straps are easily adjustable and the padding is very comfortable. I swapped my travel system car seat for this one at 4 months old

Bought for the easy of the 360 spin to save bad backs when strapping our 8 month old son in the car. At first he lent forward a lot but after re-adjusting all the different inserts (removing the newborn cushion) , we found the perfect fit and he loves it. We feel so much happier knowing he's secure and comfy in his new seat.

I bought this seat without testing it first because of the all great reviews. When i put my baby in she was so high in the seat with that bottom pad inserted and it was difficult to buckle her in because the bottom lock was very short and ended up under her. When we took the insert out she looked very uncomfortable almost like her bottom vas too deep in the seat. The button for rotating the seat is difficult to reach and the seat wobbled while driving even with isofix . Returned the seat couple days later.

Love the easy Ness of getting children in and out of this car seat due to it turning, only downside is it is quite bulky making it so that you can't fit 3 car seats in most car as it goes into the middle seat space. My daughter loves been rear facing in this seat and its very comfy with lots of padding for her

The safety features of the Joie 360 score well and is what helped us make the decision to buy this car seat. He 360 feature makes getting little ones in and out of the car stress free. There are many inserts, meaning that both my 6 month old and 2 year old can fit snug and safe in this seat. It would be helpul if the seat could recline a little further.
Ultimately, Joie products are well designed. They are clearly led by the needs of real parents.

Great car seat for newborn upwards. Love the spin feature, didn't realise how handy it would be! Easy to use and fits great in our car. It is quite bulky so we find our middle seat cant really be used with two car seats in the back.

We really love these, our two year old can chose which was to face for short journeys. Our six month old obviously doesn't get a choice but we can turn them to face each other when we stop on long trips which is nice. The spin makes loading easier which is great if you've got a sore back!
  • 5.00/5

Love the spin 360 very good idea for a car seat. Getting my child in and out the car in tight car parking bays is so much easier when he is facing me. Easy to use my only issue is when my son is in the seat and I spin it round so he is facing forward it doesn't always lock into place. I have to spin the seat side to side a few times and then it locks.

    • Strengths:

The strengths of this product are that it looks great and appears comfortable for the child.

    • Weaknesses:

This product is almost impossible to install into isofix clips

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
We bought this product due to the fact I have multiple disabilities and required something I can easily use. Let me tell you now this was not the product I was expecting, the iso fix clips to install into cars do not go in easily at all, it was so bad that we took it back to Mamas and Papas to have it fitted and even they got a screw driver on it. Apparently any car with a thick leather interior will struggle.
  • 5.00/5
    • Strengths:

      The 360 movement, rearward facing

I bought this for my ford focus and the doorway seems to be quite narrow and I had to get my arms in a weird position to get my child out.

Now I can spin him to face me which is so much better, it installs easy and light enough to transfer between cars.

Only downside is I feel the recline isn't big enough, especially rearward facing.

Love this car seat and so does my daughter. We started using this when she was about 7 months old and we wish we used it sooner. My daughter looks so comfy in it and as soon as we walk up to the car and she sees it she actually puts her hands out to climb into it. The rotation is a god send. So many times someone has parked close and luckily I can spin it to face me and still manage to get her in and strap her in properly. The 5 point harness makes it easy to strap her in and she also looks comfortable and I know she's safe.
A couple of negatives (although I would 100% still buy it again) is that it is quite bulky. When moving it to different cars i do struggle sometimes, not the fact that it's really heavy but it's just big and awkward. We have a VW Tiguan and it fits nicely in it. My partner managed to get it in a 3 door Audi A1 but struggled. There's no way I would have been able to do that. I think it's a perfect car seat if you don't plan on moving car to car although it's so easy to fix in (once you've managed to get it in the car) It's literally 2 hooks which clip in the isofix points and go green so you know it's secure, and then the support leg which again goes green.
I also fins the button to rotate it is quite close to the button to alter the back position. Once you use it a few times you get used to it though.

Overall, a brilliant car seat, yes a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and that is quality.

    • Strengths:

Easily spins, the straps are all easily extendable and can tighten them really easily.

I got this for my car after a lot of research. It was a lot of money to pay but I really like it. It spins so easily and can get my baby in easily without any hassle. He is still rear facing and will stay that way until 4 in this car seat (which is a bonus)
The only con is that is doesn’t recline as much as I’d like it to

I love love this car seat. I should have bought this one before my baby was born as her current pram/pushchair is usable from birth too. Would have saved me hundreds of pounds had I done this.

Car seat is very sturdy. I don't find it bulky at all like everyone else said. Easy to get baby in and out.

The only downside is your baby head could fell forward when they're sleeping without the wedge. So either leave the wedge on or keep pushing their head back when they're asleep.

My daughter also just started sitting so she won't lay back to be tucked in. She loves it that's it's higher though so she can see outside.

We bought this for our one year old. Now 2. It's been a great carseat. Love the fact it's so easy to get my child in and out because of the spin feature.
No head flop when she falls asleep. It's great that it's extended rear facing (the safest option up to at least for years) to possibly 4 years old.
