I was really snobby about nappies with my first child, I only wanted the best for him so only bought pampers. I became a lot more savvy with my second baby and decided to try some supermarket brands. On face value you might think that Lidl nappies that only cost 99p a pack are going to be awful but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They’re brilliant!!! Why pay 5/6 times the price for pampers?!?!
Fab nappies. Wouldn't have him in anything else. He has had no sore bum the nappies. They hold blit of fluid when he does have a bigger output at times. There has been a few times where he has had leakage
These nappy's are such good value compared to the leading brands. The are easy to use while changing your baby. They stay in place in your baby and stick really well. They have the colour changing ability when the nappy is wet. My only issue I have found is that the sizing of different packs can vary, I had 1 pack that fitted my new born perfectly but i opened another pack which were too big. Over all i am pleased with the nappy's and will continue to use them.
These nappies were amazing with our baby when newborn. Kept all inside, they were soft and flexible with the fitting. After trying nearly all newborn size 1s we didn’t go for any of the others over these.
Love these nappies, they are so well priced and keep our little one happy and dry. The wet indicator is very useful and the shape and fit is good. Would highly recommend them.
These are fantastic if they suit your baby and at such a low price its worth buying a pack to try. They suited one twin but the other (the smallest) seemed to always spring a leak in the night.
I loved these nappies when baby was first born but as intake increased I found they started to leak at night. I still used them during the day when at home and can change regularly. The price is great but we've now moved on to Rascal & friends as much better quality!
these nappies are very soft and larger than others the same size. Very good price but I found they leak on my baby. Not so bad during the day but my baby seems to leak through them at night i think because he is lying down for a while. It's a shame because other than that I like them. The seem more comfortable than other types.
Great for the price. But for my son these definitely didn’t hold as well as pampers do. Quite a few leaked and for a child that does a lot of wet nappies these didn’t suit him at all.
Bit let down by their nappies, we haven't had leaks before but after a few hours and a big wee! The nappy was soaking and leaking. Also doesn't fit my girl well around her little thighs (other size 1s fit perfect).
I got these with the lidl freebie box which wasnt free you have to pay 8 pound for delivery which was a waste of money as nothing good in it.
I put my 2 week old baby in these nappies I walked from the changing table to the settee and the nappy had leaked. It leaked through the cotton wool bit not even though the leg holes
I will be staying with Asda little Angel's nappies which he is now on size 3 and have had absolutely no problems love them.
I tired these for my son when he was smaller. Every time they would leak! He would only need to do 1 small wee, and his clothes would be wet, and as for dirty nappies, well that just come straight out the sides! We also tried the size 3 of these nappies when he was bigger and had the exact same issues. We were changing him every 1- 1½ hours, if that! Yes they are cheap, but when you are changing them 2-3 times more often, and having to rinse and wash clothing where they would leak, your better off buying slight more expensive nappies (Tescos were great for us).
We tried these (along with other brands) in the early days with our little girl and every single nappy leaked. Although she was of average weight and size, the nappies never went tight enough around her middle so everything came out the top. We ended up getting rid of the red to the packet as they were so bad.
These nappies leaked almost every time we used them. They are much bigger than other brands of size 1 newborn nappies and I suspect that is why they leaked. My little boy was 8lb9 and so not all that small but they were far too big for him, even at 3 weeks old. We had no problem with leaking from boots or Aldi own brands but these leaked nearly every time.
