Very easy to fit in a car with isofix points. The bright yellow fitting parts help to guide the fitting. The safety features of the red indicators that change to green when the seat is attached correctly ensure correct fitting every time. The isofix really is a game changer and a none time consuming product. It just makes life easier when wanting to travel in the car. Your not messing around trying to get your child safe and secure it’s on simple step, simply just click your car seat on and your ready to go. It even tell you when your child is safe and sound and ready to travel by the three safety Color indicators so your mind at ease. It’s also great if you’ve got other children you don’t have to fuss around trying to get each child seated while having to put your car seat safe and secure cause it’s just that simple. - Strengths:

Makes life a lot less stressful and really handy as have a toddler as well so don't need to mess around with seat belts. Does take a fair amount of room up and you do need the chair in front push forward so wouldn't be great if both driver and passenger have long legs. - Strengths:

I love this product as save you having get wet while strap the car seat in but you really don’t get use it for long time until your wee one in a big car seat. For the amount of use it is expensive but makes life easier. Easy to fit to different cars so we only had to buy one. - Strengths:

This is a brilliant isofix base as it’s very easy to use, quick to install in the car took about 5 minutes to get it in. It has very good safety features such as 3 green lights appear when the base is secure. It’s relatively light so easy to take out the car. Also easy to clean. - Strengths:

As somebody who travels in the car regularly and a baby that hates the car seat, this was a must. The only downside is that the passenger seat has to be fairly far forward and it’s wide meaning you lose space. However, the convenience of leaving the car seat in the car or just pushing a button and being able to get the baby out when sleeping is fab. Must have for busy driving mommas. - Strengths:

After much deliberation over which car seat to choose, we then had to decide if we wanted isofix or not, I’m so glad we chose to get this, so easy to switch between cars, and not too bulky to have in the boot if we need the extra seat for an adult. It’s so easy to click the car seat into and the handy red/green indicators to show that it’s connected properly so you don’t need to spend time adjusting every time you use it. Just click and go. Why oh why did i not get this on child 1!!!
it is robust and strong.
Surprisingly heavy so make sure you get some help.
Easy to install as it's click in place system takes seconds
Once in simply drop the carry cot in place and clicks in securely.
Brilliant and well worth the money for convenience and time saving ..

This makes putting car seat in and out much easier in the long run as you simply slot the seat in and out at the press of a button. It is however quite expensive and can only be used for the matching car seat so not much use after that. When the seat isn’t fitted the leg of the base can rattle at times. It has an amazing safety feature where all parts will turn green when in correctly, and will be red when something is wrong. Fits into all isofix sockets of cars but older cars may not have these installed so the car seat can be fixed in with a seat belt. It has blue parts as a guideline. - Strengths:

As a first time mum I spent countless hours looking for the right car seat for my baby girl, and everytime I saw a car seat everyone recommended getting an isofix for the car seat to be secured into. At first I was hesitant as I wasn’t sure if it was just a money making scheme for companies but since using it I’m so glad I invested in one, it makes trips out so much easier as I can lift and put the car seat in so easy instead of playing around with a seat belt, and puts my mind at ease that my baby is safe! - Strengths:

I got this product as I knew I was having a section so anything to make life a little easier in the first few weeks but it had life so easy on winter days wet and windy click and baby was in quickly and securely. The reassurance that the carrier was in safely every time was priceless.

We got given the conventional one way fix Silver Cross Simplifix Isofix Base which should have fitted our 65 plate A3 but we just couldn't get it to fix securely in the Isofix bars. jL staff were very helpful and did get it to fix but it was a real struggle and if we used it at home I could foresee plenty of arguments so splashed out on a new one and it's so easy to use.
