Absolutely amazing product. My son loved his car seat until he could no longer fit in the seat. Easily attaches to the pioneer/wayfarer Silver Cross. Would definitely recommend the product to anyone who is looking for this product.

Overall a lovely car seat, love the look of it, the covers come off and are machine washable, baby was very comfortable and lasted until about 13 month (however our little boy is big for his age). Excellent value for money. The only cons I can think of is it's a bit on the heavy side and as baby got older I struggled to carry him in the car seat and you have to buy raincover separate.

Beautifully completes silver cross wayfarer travel system, very easy to use and reasonably priced. The only drawback for me was my newborn’s head and neck looked a bit uncomfortable in the seat for the first couple of weeks, she just seemed somewhat slumped in it

Loved this car seat it went on my silver cross frame and my baby was always comfy in it the raincover is perfect and I can’t fault it! The only thing I would do is make the sun visor (canopy) longer so it covers more baby it only just covers head! Easy to clean and nicely padded for comfort

We got this product free with our pushchair deal in mothercare and love it, easy to use and a good size for this type of car seat, I also love the fact it comes with a apron too! Shame about having to purchase rain cover separately. But I love it

Really like the car seat. Nice and deep which I feel makes the baby look secure. Like the way to adjust straps with the moving mechanism. It is a bit heavy as baby gets bigger but really nice car seat and plenty of colour choices to choose from.

Only down side is it seems rather large and can be struggle to get some car seat belts around it

    • Strengths:

This product is really easy to get in and out of the car with an isofix base, and easy to use

Overall this product is fairly good, especially with the isofix base, it’s straight forward to use and the shoulder straps adjust easily. However with a newborn we had to purchase a head support separately as the seat, even with the cushion in didn’t support our babies head.
  • 4.25/5
    • Strengths:

      Easy to use with/without isofix

    • Weaknesses:

Hood on the car seat isn't the best.

We had the simplicity car seat free with our pushchair and loved the car seat it was very roomy and comfortable for our little boy. It is a bit heavy compared to some other newborn car seats but it's definitely worth it. We also bought the isofix for it which made it even easier when in constant use in & out of the car. I did find the sun canopy/hold isn't the best and could do with coming down a bit further and being supported better so it is more sturdy when being used to prevent it folding back down by itself.

My little boy loves being in this car seat! Absolutely amazing for price! Tried loads of other car seats including joie and many others and he screamed constantly when in them so I guess it's a comfy one'

I really liked this car seat but my daughter was 7pound and I had to buy extra inserts to support her head, the weight of the car seat is extremely heavy compared to most I have seen now. Once strapped in or on the frame of your pram it’s very sturdy and easy to use.
  • 3.88/5
    • Strengths:

We got our silver cross simplicity car seat free when we purchased our travel system. We originally didn't want the car seat as it didn't look as supportive and comfortable as some of the other products on market. When we had our baby (very small 6lb9oz) I was very scared of putting her in it- not because it is hard to use but because she never looked comfortable
In it. We went and bought an inner to help sit her more comfortable in it as was so small, which helped a little. She always seemed to look like she wasn't sitting well and I constantly worried about her not being able to breathe properly. Now she is older I have no problems wtht he car seat, although I wouldn't buy this for my second baby, I would get one they lays a little flatter.
  • 4.50/5
    • Strengths:

Easy to use, straps come out really long, baby’s heads supported well

    • Weaknesses:

Alittle more expensive than some car seats

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
The simplicity car seat is so simple and easy to use I love it. I have used it with both of my children and they both seem really comfortable when in it. I have it on the isofix base which makes it so simple to get in and out of the car. The head support is great and supports baby’s head firmly from birth. The straps come out really far so that when putting baby in it easily comes over th shoulders were some seem a squeeze to get in and out off. It is a little expensive compared to some others but I think it’s well worth the money, very safe and supportive car seat.
  • 4.00/5
    • Strengths:

Easy to secure in the car via both seat belt and isofix base.

    • Weaknesses:

Reasonably heavy compared to some other car seats, hood doesn't stay up.

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
In general the silver cross simplicity seat is lovely, it looks great on its own and when fixed onto a pushchair. Easy to secure baby safely and is quite a large seat compared to some others on the market so therefore should see baby through a little longer. Very easy to secure, particularly via isofix base (I would advise investing in a base). The cons to this car seat would be it's heavy compared to some other seats and the hood is small and doesn't stay up very well.
  • 3.63/5
    • Strengths:

      Newborn insert and head hugger

    • Weaknesses:

      Hood not very big

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
I love this car seat. Especially as you can change the colour of your hood and apron with ease! If I could change anything, I would make the hood on the car seat slightly bigger, as it doesn’t cover the baby much, especially in colder weather. Best teamed up with an isofix base for ease of use!
  • 3.38/5
    • Strengths:

      Easy to fit into car

    • Weaknesses:

      Looked uncomfortable

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
So this car seat is easy to get in and out of the car and even better with the isofix. The only down side I would say is it didn’t look very comfortable. My baby used to cry when I put her in it even though she did fall asleep whilst driving so it must have been comfortable enough
  • 3.63/5
    • Strengths:

It is very tidy and looks nice, it also is easy to fit and use with both pram and isofix

    • Weaknesses:

My child’s head flopped forward a lot due to the angle of it, especially in isofix base

    • Comfortable
    • Value for money
    • Easy to use
    • Design
I love the way this car seat looks, perfect size and able to use until over 10 months for my daughter, however I did have to keep tucking her head back as it kept going forward when she was sleeping which was a worry, it would be better if the angle of it was more reclined
  • 5.00/5

      Easy to strap baby in

    • Weaknesses:

      Heavy

    • Comfortable

    • Easy to use
    • Design
Perfect car seat! Comes with an adaptor to give you the option of clipping it onto your pram which is perfect if your not out for a very long time, comfortable seat for the baby to sit in, not a very bulky car seat either so can easily be put somewhere in the house!

Great products however could be made easier to adjust straps very easy to fit into car and attach on to pram however think. It’s is lover expensive than needs to be

I bought this as an emergency car seat as my son was born at 1.4kg which ment he could not use his 0+ multi group seat as he was less than 2kg he was well protected padding was brilliant making the fit around my son snug and comfy only issue I had was that the hood did not cover as much as I would have liked but overall brilliant for baby under 2kg
