This was the first car seat I had for my little one, it is good however the size of it is a bit of an issue if you have a small car it's hard to fit it in safely. In general it's good for safety of your child and its purpose but the issue of its size may cause a few issues for people with small cars.

My Simplicuty car seat is used with the ISO fix base and I use it everyday. I do find it easy to use with the pram system and you do get what you pay for with Silver Cross. My baby loves it and always falls asleep in it so I can only presume he is comfortable in it.

Love this car seat currently using with isofix base. It takes 2 seconds to put my daughter in the car and same to take her out. The only down i have is the hood is vert short and does not give much shield from weather.

Lovely car seat. I had this as part of my pioneer Pram package. Brilliant comfortable and compact. Only wish there was a car seat after this one for when your baby grows that went with the simplicity base.

I had this free with my wayfarer buggy and was quite unhappy my newborn son born at 6lb 11 couldn't use it as his head was not supported properly and his chin sat on his chest in it.
I had to use a different one for 3 months until my son was big enough to use this one which attached to his buggy. I then found that it didn't fit in some cars as it's very bulky and the belt at full length wasn't long enough to go around it and plug in (perhaps it's better with isofix but I don't have the points for this in my car).
When I had to carry my son in this car seat it was extremely heavy and caused me a lot of pain. All in all my opinion of this car seat isn't very good unless it's on the buggy chassis then it's brilliant.

It's a great car seat it last until baby is a year or fully grown to the top level. It fits into the pram well.
You can buy it in different colours so you can match your pram too if you wanted.

We got this car set with our silver cross wayfarer travel system. We chose the limited edition Chelsea version of the pram and were able to match the car seat perfectly so everything looks great together! The car seat is easy to use. The straps are adjustable and can be adjusted with the push of a button.
We bought the isofix base to go along with it and it easily clicks into place and is easily removed by pulling a lever on the back of the car seat. We have also tried it using a seatbelt which was also simple thanks to the blue areas on the car seat which you use a guide as to where the seat belt should go. Can’t really fault this product - overall great and easy to use!

The Silver Cross Simplicity infant carrier provides excellent support for baby with ample padding giving you peace of mind that baby is safe and secure. The carrier can be used from Birth up to 13kg. The infant carrier comes with a newborn wedge insert which can be easily removed and has an adjustable head reast which grows with your child and can easily be adjusted in one swift move. The Simplicity benifits from a 5 point harness for extra safety which other brands don’t offer. The harness is easily adjusted by pressing the release button at the foot of the carrier and gently pulling on the harness at the sane time, this can be easily done when removing the child from the seat.
The harness is easy to fasten by clipping both sides together and then inserting into the buckle. The buckle has a clear red release button and is easy to operate. The Carrier handle can be moved into 5 different positions; In car position, carrying and rocking, easy lifting mode, storage and stable mode, these 5 positions help with day to day use of the carrier making lifting in and out of the seat and car easier. Unfortunately the carrier handle has to be adjusted by pressing two grey buttons either side of the carrier which makes this impossible to do one handed and as I’m sure most parents know this is sometimes a tricky situation when baby can’t be put down.
The overall design of the Simplicity Carrier is neat and compact taking up little room when install in the car, this also makes for easy carrying especially when baby is older. The carrier sits well when installed into the car however it sits quite upright which can cause baby’s head to drop forward during the newborn stage until baby can support their head slightly better. Overall we have been very happy with this Carrier and feel confident that our daughter is safe and secure while using it.

When pregnant I really looked into the car seats because I didn’t know what one to get. I absolutely fell in love with the silver cross simplicity car seat as soon as I laid eyes on it; the design is beautiful. However when baby is inside it is so heavy compared to other car seats like the actual car seat is really heavy and even heavier when the baby is inside. When I carried my god sons car seat I couldn’t believe how light and easy it was to carry around, but the silver cross is really heavy and especially after having an emergency section I physically couldn’t carry it. It also makes the baby look really uncomfortable. It just doesn’t look right and I certainly wouldn’t want my precious baby to be sitting uncomfortable on a car ride.
A good point about this car seat is that it clips onto my pioneer pram so when I go out I don't have to take the full pram seat I just take the base in the boot of the car and put baby in car seat and then I can just clip the car seat I’m really easily and we’re off. So I was really happy with that. I think if silver cross made a few changes this car seat would be really good as it looks really nice and luxurious compared to others:

I absolutely adore this car seat... it’s comfortable, stylish, Easy to use in the car or on the pram. I love how it can just click into the isofix base or the car seat adaptors on the pram. The head rest makes it really comfortable for newborn+ and when they get a little bigger it can be slid up to give more room at the bottom.

I purchased this car seat in Black as part of my travel system and I cannot fault it. It clipped easily onto my pushchair and whilst I didn’t have isofix at the time it was still easy to belt into the car. With Silver cross you know safety is at the forefront, and it has the stylish aesthetic to boot.
I also found this a lot easier to carry as it’s a lot lighter than others I have had. I would definitely buy this again.

Very stylish product and my baby can fall asleep in seconds once seated in it. The car seat is easy to fix into the car via seatbelt and comes with isofix. It is however slightly bigger than some car seats so you can struggle to get into the front passenger seat if you are tall once the seat is fastened in.
