Excellent buy - it will collect the milk whilst you are breastfeeding and the suction means it stays on the breast so you don’t need to hold on. Manage to easily collect a couple of ounces that would normally be lost.

This product is great for collecting milk which would otherwise be going into a breast pad. I can collect up to 50ml during some expressing session which helps to build up a supply in the freezer.
I had to watch a video online when first using the haaka as I was unsure how to fit correctly, but once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to attach.
The product is easy to wash: I clean with warm soapy water then pop in the Milton tank to sterilise. Due to the silicon material, it is also easy to pour milk collected into a milk storage bag.
Only issue I have found now that my baby is getting bigger is he can kick the haaka off - losing the milk collected is annoying! Other than that, a very good product.

This silicone breast pump is a great little gadget to have for every breastfeeding mum. Collects a lot of milk when you get the hang ornaments how to use it. For me, it took a few go’s to get used to how to attach it. Works a treat when you do!

I love my Hakka. It was great especially in the early days to collect the milk that would pour off while I was feeding. I use it less now as I don’t leak, but it’s fantastic

Saw this item recommended by Gemma Atkinson on Instagram. It’s also highly recommended by my midwife. It always me to express during the day with complete ease, whilst feeding or watching tv.

I love my haakaa! It suctions on easily (make sure you fold down the top part, squeeze the pump, and fold up the top part and let the pump out as you attach to the breast - this ensures it is more secure and effective). I love that you can feed off one side whilst catching the let down off the other side, or even walk around the house whilst still expressing! It may not be quite as effective as a traditional pump, but for me it was certainly easier and more convenient!

This product saved me from lots of pain in the early days of breastfeeding! Easy to auction on before baby latches onto other breast. It’s amazing how much milk it collects while baby is feeding from other breast.

I also used it as a manual pump to relieve the pressure when breasts were extremely full. Easy to use and quickly collects milk.

Collects a good 1-2oz per feed which all adds up to make a freezer stash!
Easy to use - just suction on.
Absolutely pain free way of getting milk!
Easy to clean with a brush and in the electric steam sterilizer.
Sometimes falls off at own accord & baby can easily kick it off so sometimes you need to be quick to catch it.

It’s so easy to use and to collect what you’d lose from a letdown.
Only issue is I didn’t get as much milk as what I’d get from an electric pump.

I love this product! I feel like this is brill compared to some of the electric pumps, it’s light weight and easy to carry around with you if needed when out and about! Easy to move milk into a bottle or milk bags.

I wish I knew about this sooner as I spent SOO much money on different pumps!

I found this pump when I was about 2 weeks into feeding my little boy as I had a huge milk supply and alot of leakage when my little boy was feeding, it's easy to use and keep clean nice shape to help with pouring only issue really is if it's very full the suction can be lost and ends with you losing the milk all over on the few occasions my little boy has knocked it off with his foot overall I love the pump and have only ever used this over an electric one.

This is one of the best products I bought during my second pregnancy. I bought a medley swing double pump and this. The electric pump was well over £100 and I got my Hakka in a sale for £15 including a stopper. Although I have used the electric pump on occasions this not only keeps up with the Medellin but surpasses it. It is super easy to use, very comfortable when wearing and easy to clean. During night feeds in the first 2-3 months I could collect 3oz per feed just from let down. I honestly would recommend this to every single Mum who wants to breastfeed.

When this product works for me I love it. It’s comfortable and the shape fits perfectly. However, for me I don’t always leak when I feed, so collecting milk each time isn’t always possible. This product depends heavily on your supply and how much you leak while you feed. This product is definitely worth a try!

    Absolutely love this concept!
Only discovered it when my baby was 7 months old and unfortunately my daughter does tend to squeeze it or pull it off. But would have been sooooooooo useful when she was a tiny baby.
I do still use it but only occasionally at night when my daughter is a bit less active and inquisitive.
Can get approx 90mls over the space of a night which is better than it just soaking into my bra!

I love using this product at home and find I get 1-2 ounces just from let down well my son feeds on the other side. Easy enough to use and I've only had it knocked off once (I've been careful to keep his feet out the way since then!). It also has a suction so you can stick it to the table next to you without risk of it getting knocked off.
I also love the fact that the packing is plastic free.

I cannot rate this enough! It’s so easy to use and catches let down (and more) that would otherwise be lost into a breastpad. So useful for collecting milk and I also used this with my first when I was back at work to ease engorgement.
It’s easy to clean, portable and discrete. My ONLY bug bear is that if the suction releases or if baby knocks it off the breast you can lose milk and spill it.

The haakaa silicone breast pump is a compact, hands free breast pump. I purchased the Haakaa pump as well as a cute flower stopper. The price was very reasonable for a breast pump and the fact that it’s silicone is one of the main reason I chose this, I’m now on my third child and have become acutely aware of how much plastic waste a baby can produce.
The instructions are simple to follow, there’s no batteries needed, just squeeze the pump attach to the breast and release. The pump creates a vacuum around your breast and with some gentle pumps the trigger the let down the pump will start to work, then sit back and relax as the pump does all the work leaving you hands free.
The pump can also be used to catch the letdown of the opposite breast whilst baby is feeding. This means not a drop is wasted if you find your breast leak whilst feeding. I was pleasantly surprised at how much the pump can collect with no actual pumping, I can collect between 3-4oz a feed using this meaning I no longer need to use my manual pump. I did find it quite difficult to reattach the bump one handed whilst the baby was feeding, if the pump loses suction it will fall from the breast and could potentially spill.
The pump collects up to 6oz and the shape makes it easy to pout the contents into a bottle or storage bag.
Cleaning the pump is easy, simple hot water and washing up liquid can do the trick and it’s also dishwasher safe. To sterilise i simply soak it in boiling water for five minutes or it can be placed in the steriliser with your bottles.
I particularly like the compact design of the pump meaning I can carry it with me for expressing on the go, it can be placed in a bag with out the fear of it being cracked or broken.

I bought a couple of these in the sale and also received the lid, a stopper and breast pads so felt it was excellent value for money. I struggled in the beginning with breastfeeding and have ended up mixed feeding, but the Haakaa really helped to maximise the amount of breast milk I could give my daughter. I also felt it helped increased my supply in the beginning and found it easier and more convenient to use than an electric pump. As my daughter has got older, I find she’s more likely to kick it off during a feed so I don’t use it as much as I used to, but it’s still useful to use if I know I’m going to miss a feed. The main downside I found was that it would sometimes not have great suction and would fall off mid-feed, making it difficult to hold my baby and try to reapply it. I would definitely recommend this product to any mums starting their breastfeeding journey.

Ive used this since baby was born, about 4 months and it is so easy. I put it on while he feeds off the other side or when I'm expressing from the other side. It usually collects more than my actual pump. People say it isn't secure but the trick is to turn the flange inside out and THEN attach and that thing is not falling anywhere. It doesn't even come off when babys kicking it. Really handy, silent and efficient way to collect milk.

Amazing product. Use every morning when feeding. Use on the other side to what baby is being fed and it catches any letdown. Easy to use to collect a good supply of milk. Some mornings I can collect 3/4oz. Amazing product so much easier than pumping which can take a long time.

I seen the silicone haakaa advertised when I was still.pregnant and had just bought a manual breast pump but I was very interested to try it, I got a really good deal, and my one came with a pretty flower stopper (you do literally cry over spilt expressed milk) which is fab and stops any spills if it is accidentally tipped over and I also got a pack of disposable breast pads too, I think I paid around £10. I wasnt getting on well with my manual pump as I wanted to express one bottle a day so daddy could do a feed too, so I tried my haakaa, brilliant, literally attach on to opposite boob than you are feeding on and the milk drips out! 2 jobs done at once! I then store my milk in breast milk pouches and built up a fab freezer supply if I ever needed to leave baby for a couple hours. The haakaa is so easy to clean with a bottle brush and I just chuck mine into the electric steriliser I bought. I have also used cold water sterilising with milton tablets and this was fab too. Would definitely recommend one to every breastfeeding mum!

This pump is brilliant. If your leaking or overproducing you can use it to collect this milk without increasing your supply (just don’t suction on) or suction it on and it works like a traditional pump. Can be used in opposite breast you’re feeding from

This is easy to attach and ensures milk isn’t wasted. However it probably works best if you make a lot of excess milk, as you don’t actively do anything to get anymore out. Therefore it may not collect much, especially compared to an electric pump
