Little balls don't always go through holes easily and fall to quickly

My little one does enjoy this toy for several minutes but then seems to get bored. It is bright in colour to get her attention and she does like the noise it makes but the balls fall too quickly and miss some of the parts they're meant to roll along and drop down from. They also get stuck sometimes. The rattle, whilst small enough to take out is too big and awkward for little hands to hold. Overall I think there are better rattles available for babies at similar price levels.
We buy this bear for our little girl, she is 4 months now. The bear looks nice, colourful, you can watch how small balls inside goes down when you shake it, but it's quite big and baby can't take it by herself, so I need to shake and show her. Can't say that she shows a lot of interest, but maybe later will like it more.
This is a lovely rattle come waterfall bead toy. It’s was one of my baby’s first toys and she really liked playing with it. Just watch how baby is shaking it as it is very tough, rigid plastic and it will hurt if they bop themselves or you.
A really simple but pleasing rattle toy.
I bought this rattle as I thought it was cute. I didn’t consider the size of it when I bought it. It’s more of a rattle that you put in front of a baby and move it around for them to watch. Way too big for my five month old. It also doesn’t have that many beads inside. I think if it was smaller I would’ve liked it.
This has been our girls' favourite toy since they were given it - so much so that we bought a second rainmaker. They love the calming sound and also love to look at the bear face. They smile at it and also love to stick the ears in their mouths!
We were brought this for when our little one was born but it was to big for him to grasp and shake around, but now he’s bigger (4 months) it’s much better, not something I recommend for new born but as a slightly older baby it’s great
Daughters favourite toy her face lights up when she sees this keeps her entertained for ages. The only criticism is that it is to big for baby to grasp and it us quite heavy if she wacks herself with it!
I think I brought this for my son when he was a newborn. I think it's advertised from birth or 3 months plus but I'm not 100% sure now. Up until he can use both hands to hold onto objects I do think its unsuitable as its quite big and bulky for baby's little hands. When he was about 2/3 months old I used to just shake it lightly and he'd smile at the little toy, and could spend ages staring at it. Now he loses interest in it after a couple of minutes and moves onto something else those he does pick it up occasionally to play with. My son likes to twirl it from one hand to the other to get it to make noise. It is a hard toy and there has been one or two occasions where he's cloned himself on his forehead with it by vigorously shaking up and down.
To big for little one to grasp and shake around properly he gets bored of playing with it after about 2 seconds. Cute design but not something I would buy again
We found this toy very good quality and fun! It’s robust and very sturdy. Highly recommend. It is also a great price and can buy most places and is even a great stocking filler at Christmas or pass the parcel toy.
Although my little boy struggles to hold this yet due to size and weight he loves it. When I help him he loves the noises it makes, the colours loving. Great sensory toy and I know he can continue to get pleasure from this item for months to come as he gets older and stronger
This toy is simple and robost. We were gifted it when my daughter was a baby, she is now 4 and her baby brother plays with it. It is robust and has with stood being thrown and bashed. All babies love this toy and will sit and play with it for long periods of time. I also use it as a time out toy to calm my daughter down when she is having a tantrum. Its very reasonably priced and a nice on electronic toy.
My Baby loves this. Makes a nice noise. It is Fascinating to look at and Can withstand a beating. Could of done with some little handles but still good!
A great little sensory toy, full of interest and sound for little hands.
The brightly coloured beads inside hold my son's interest as he watches them fall through the different sections and he likes to point out all the different colours. It sounds like a rain stick and has a cute bear face on the top making it ideal for smaller children/babies. The only thing I'd criticise is the screw in the back, although it's set in to the plastic a fair way it's still accessible to little fingers and is quite rough/scratchy to the touch, it wouldn't however put me off buying again.
My little one was attached to this in the supermarket and we ended up buying it. He was 6 months at the time, he’s now 11 months and only just able to hold it easily, he shakes it with one hand and it holds his interest for a few minutes, but not a very long time.
Another gift. My daughter will play with it for about 10mins and then move on. I think it freaks her out cause she can't chew on it. Wouldn't let her play with it unsupervised at the moment as it is very hard and could very easily hurt an over enthusiastic infant but would still recommend it.
My little one loves the sound of this item, the bright colours are lovely to, however as ive said above the balls seem to fall 2 quickly, we brought the item on offer so i dont mind to much but they do need somthing to slow it down so little one can see it properly.
We love this little shaker. My baby throws it around and thinks it’s hilarious. It makes a great sound and is small enough to chuck in the nappy bag for entertainment when out and about. It’s brightly coloured and very easy to clean. This toy is going to be a hit for a while.
Bright colours & makes an engaging, loud rattle sound
Weaknesses:
A bit wide & heavy for little hands. Balls move too quickly

This is one of the few toys I've actually bought my son myself as most of them were gifts, and I'm so glad he loves it! It said on the pack it was suitable from 6 months but due to it being a little wide & heavy for little hands my 8 month old has only started to enjoy it the last few weeks. But now he loves to lay on his back turning it upside down and the right way up again, over & over, watching & listening to the little balls going back & forth. It's just a shame that they move so quickly, I think he would enjoy it even more if he could watch the balls travel a bit slower. I've also noticed an improvement with his hand movements since he's been playing with it, making very deliberate movements to turn the toy upside down & back again. Overall, a great little toy & one of our go-to's when packing a bag to visit someone.
Baby loves the toy keeps trying to hold it with one hand and rattle it as he loves the sound of the beads. They move fast us and down so lots of interest. The toy is also bright colour. The only thing is that it’s a bit heavy and he’s only got small hands so sometimes when he’s too exited he does bang his head with it. But it hasn’t put him off it.
The Bruin Rainmaker Rattle will fascinate your baby with it's bright colours and it's interesting 'rain' sounds thanks to it's trickling beads. Turn the Rainmaker upside down and the beads tumble and twist their way through. Stimulating, fun and great for your baby's development.
