A one of a kind steel frame means the 'Radian 5' from Diono is extremely resistant to crash forces, along with the EPP foam that provides ultimate side impact protection.
The seat is sculpted with straight side walls to help keep your little passenger secure in the seat in the event of a crash, the narrow shape also takes up less space in the back (great if you have three kids you need to squeeze in!) because thick plastic isn't necessary.
Rear-facing up to 25kg, it allows children to travel in the safest position for as long as possible. When you decide it's time to change to forward facing, you can still use the harness up to 25kg. This is a great option for people who find they have a child that's quite heavy or tall at a younger age and want the security of a harness before the child is physically ready for a full seat belt.
The Radian 5 is one of a handful of seats that are TUV approved for use on aircraft forward facing 9-25kg. Features plush fabrics, memory foam padding and a longer seat base mean that the Radian 5 is comfy on long journeys as well as a popping to the shops.
The covers are easy to remove and wash, and the seat evens fold flat for storage or if you need to take it with you on holiday. The seat includes a cool cup holder and can fit up to four.
