I brought this pack because I couldn’t find the spritz by itself but I’m very happy I brought the pack.
The massage oil is one of the best things I used. Every time I had some pain on my back I could just rub the oil with the roll on and helped straight away, no need to put hands on and do a proper massage as roll on helps a lot. Oil absorbs very well.
I found the flannel too big personally and spritz was nice and smells just perfect.
Balm is nice and helps.
Not sure I would buy the pack again but is a nice gift for a pregnant woman!! - Strengths:
