I left it a little late to buy this but I'm glad I got it at all. I was really suffering and waking in the middle of the night with pain in my back and generally just feeling uncomfortable but my sleeping really improved after getting this pillow. I was waking less in the middle of the night and generally finding it easier to walk around during the day. Would definitely recommend - Strengths:
