Great vitamin supplement for a low price. Really helpful for the first trimester as folic acid is needed .lasts for a full month. - Strengths:

Comes with dates printed on the tablet packaging so that you never miss a dosage!

Tablets are on the large side and can be difficult to swallow! At first they made me sick.

I have been taking these vitamins for over a month now after coming off my day to day fibromyalgia medications during my pregnancy!
I was a little put off by the size of each tablet initially, and for about a week they were really hard for me to take (I even threw up a few of them). That being said, now that I am used to them I can take them with ease.
I feel much more energised and positive since taking these tablets, and have found sleeping much better too.
I especially love that the days of the week are printed in order on the rear of each tablet packet, to help ensure that you don’t miss a tablet. I found this really helpful!
I would recommend these to anyone in early pregnancy - they are considerably cheaper than the rival brand and have fantastic results! - Strengths:
