These are good for early days potty training, they hold a little more than knickers if we don't quite make the toilet so at least it doesn't go all down legs and trousers because seems to absorb more.

    • Strengths:

Holds enough liquid so that your child doesn't end up leaking all over the place

    • Weaknesses:

A bit bulkier and bigger than normal pants so look a bit odd for some children

I obtained five pairs of these pants as I had a £20 voucher for an online shop. I bought two blue, two white and a space/rocket pair of the training pants. The pants feel like reasonable thick terry towel and were soft on my child's skin. When an accident occurred, they held enough liquid for my child to really feel and understand that they were wet and just enough to ensure that the accident wasn't leaking all over the place. They will soak through to the clothing underneath so you do require a full change if an accident occurs. I found them useful when travelling too as I was a bit worried that an accident on a bus would leave a puddle but these pants would absorb enough so that that would not happen. I found that these wash up really well at 40 degrees although after about six months use, they do look a little bit worn. The only downside is that they look a bit bulkier, bigger and thicker than normal "big kid" pants so if your child is old enough, they will soon start to realise that there is something different about these pants - my child calls them his "outside pants" so I might need to wean him off them. All in all, I'd recommend, they were well worth the money and I frequently see them on offer.

Used these pants with my eldest when he was potty training but not confident enough to go without any sort of protection for his clothes. We mainly used them at night when we were still worried about him waking up to wee, although they were hardly ever needed. Perhaps they gave him extra confidence in himself? Also used them if we were out for the day and not sure his quickly we may be able to find a toilet, they did the job perfectly but don't think they were ever tested with a huge wee!

We use these in case of accidents they're lovely and soft, fit well and look and feel like normal pants which is great, as some raining pants are more like nappies. They're good for small accidents but wouldn't hold a full wee
Ideal for when we're out and about especially in the early days of potty training.

We got the dinosaur pattern for my dino-obsessed toddler when he was ready for potty training and he loves his dino pants! Having a design he likes to wear has certainly eased the transition from nappies. They are not absorbent enough to hold a full wee but are great for the little accidents you get while training. They wash really easily and dry quickly. Being able to tumble dry if needed is very useful.
Poo accidents take a certain level of skill to deal with-getting them off without making lots of mess made me miss poppers. They look and feel like 'proper' pants and are easy for a toddler to pull up and down himself as needed.

These pants are fantastic to help with your child's potty training. It is comfortable and is mostly effective. Only allows some liquid to overflow, but apparently from this, it is great value for money.
