This initially was my go to baby purchase it made bottle feeding a breeze (despite the loud beep at night) however after only 3 months its developed a fault where it dispenses too much water which is very dangerous and can lead to over dilution of formula! Their customer service is shocking and as this was a gift and I don’t have a receipt they won’t accept liability - it’s a good job I realised or this could of made my baby very ill!!! - Strengths:

I was going to buy one of these but after seeing my friends I don't see the point, get a sterilized bottle, fill it with boiled water and put it in the fridge to cool it, add hot water and powder then shake and then add enough milk to add up to the ounces you've added so it's the right temp for baby, job done! No mouldy pipes and no price tag - Strengths:

The price was reasonable
The design was fab and stylish
As the pipes didn’t clean very well I’m child was ill and found out it was due to the pipes not being clean. - Strengths:

I was excited about getting this it promises quick preparation and perfect bottle, however I found it to be cheap and nasty, the bottles are always cold so my daughter won’t drink, she’s always sick after every bottle made in the prep machine so I’ve stopped using it, the biggest waste of money I’ve spent. - Strengths:

Overall disappointment with this machine. I bought it as heard some good reviews but I don't rate this at all. I have the older style one so maybe the newer one has improved. However, the price was extremely over the top I think and the quality of the actual product wasn't that great at all. No matter how many times I cleaned it, it always appeared dirty which put me off. - Weaknesses:

We brought this machine to make night feeds easier but after using it for a month or 2 we cleaned it but it made our baby unwell and very sick took the machine apart to find the tubes went moldy so not good - Strengths:
