As the machine starts from 4oz we didn't use it initially and made bottles the regular way. When he reached 4oz bottles we used the prep machine and it was so much quicker and easier. Feeding him half asleep at night is a lot easier using this and you don't have to worry about a safe temperature for drinking. Made our lives so much easier! - Strengths:

The best thing I bought for my baby. This is so quick and easy to use and so helpful for those night feeds. The water tank is slightly small so does 2/3 bottles then needs refilling which is slightly annoying but only due to the busy life of a mum. The indicators tell you when you need to get a new filter which is really helpful as it’s hard to remember what you did 5 minutes ago with a newborn let alone when you changed the filter. Makes the bottles to the perfect temperature so there are no annoying moments where your baby is hungry and you have to cool down a bottle. I absolutely LOVE this product! I used this for my eldest and now again with my youngest! The product is so easy to use and makes a bottle in a matter of minutes, which let’s be honest is perfect when you have a hungry baby! Prepares it to the perfect temperature ready for baby to drink. It looks smart and doesn’t look out of place on your kitchen counters! I honestly do not know what I would do without this product! Since purchasing this product I have been able to get so much more sleep and when my baby does wake in the night, he’s not getting too upset as the prep machine takes less than 2 minutes to make his bottle!
My life has improved massively since getting this item and I would strongly recommend to all other mums, dads and mummies and daddy’s to be. - Strengths:

I absolutely love this product. To start with, the faults, and there aren't many. It doesn't hold a lot of water and has to be refilled regularly, especially if you are feeding larger amounts. It can be noisy, I can often hear it when my DH is making a bottle up for him downstairs during the night. Another problem is that it isnt easy to transport. Other than these, it is absolutely fantastic and I love my perfect prep machine. The design is fantastic and it looks great in the kitchen. It is easy to use and very fast. The feeds come out at the perfect temperature to give straight to my son. It has a filtering system also to produce fresh water for the feed and appears to work with all formulas. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone, I don't know where I would be without my perfect prep. - Strengths:

This makes bottle feeding so easy.
It is easy to understand and use. It means every bottle is made at the perfect temperature. When you have a crying hungry baby, this saves time and helps you feed very quickly.
The one we use is the older model (there is more a night and day model). The older model beeps when ready, which is great especially if you've had to walk out of the room, or the baby is crying loudly, but makes noise also at night time, which can wake others up. - Strengths:

Great machine so much easier than make bottles than old way of cooling down or warming up of bottle. Can be nosey in the night and vibration can knock bottle of if not on correctly. Lights change colour so know where up to on bottle making. Changing the filter is bit tricky. - Strengths:

Best invention since the wheel! Can’t imagine life without it! So quick and easy! The rumble of the machine in general is a bit annoying, plus the beep in the middle of the night is very loud, so I definitely would look to upgrade to the newer model but certainly worth putting up with for now! - Strengths:

We purchased the prep machine in 2015 on the way home from hospital with our newborn daughter. Having prepared for breastfeeding and I just wasn't able to, we were both so worried about what we were going to do and how we were going to manage with night feeds. When we got home, the prep machine was SO simple to set up and the sleek design meant that it looked great in the kitchen too. It lasted us the whole year or so that our eldest was on powdered milk for, it was fantastic.
We purchased another for our youngest daughter and had the same amazing experience and we would highly recommend. -

Got this to help make bottles for my little one and it is a great machine to use. My husband found it easy to use and soon got his head round it. The only downside we found was the volume of the beep and the fact that it was really bulky to move around the house when baby woke at night for a feed or taking a feed. We also find the filters expensive as they are £10 for one filter which even Brita filters are 3 for £15 in most supermarkets. - Strengths:

I wouldn't be able to live without this product my son will not drink a cold bottle rather then waiting around for hot water to cool down a bottle to heat up this can be drunk immediately at the perfect temperature which keeps crying time down especially at night makes within minutes. - Strengths:

The must have item when bottle feeding. I don’t know what I’d do without it. In fact, when I couldn’t take on holiday I was devastated. The simplest machine, that makes the perfect bottle temperature meaning you can feed your baby within 2 minutes. Grandparents and Great-Grandparents can’t believe how amazing it is. Put the bottle under the machine, turn the dial to the number of oz you need, press the button, it then fills with hot water, you add your milk powder then press the button again and it is done, put the lid on, give it a shake and your baby have the perfect bottle. Could not have got through some of the long nights without it. Thank you tommee tippee!

I love this. They babies don’t have to wait for their bottles to be warmed as it makes the water the perfect temperature to drink. It’s so easy to clean and descale. Great for the price. When I found this product it was actually a life saver for me! However the price did knock it back a little as even getting a new filter is quite expensive. But the amount of time I have saved is unreal and for that it’s worth the money! Easy to clean, easy to use! Literally perfect. This is great for night feeds as it saves time and the faffing cooling water etc. It’s easy to use but you can’t do the powder and put the lid on with just one hand so you can’t have your baby in your hands and work it. The beep is also very loud. Lastly it’s very expensive for what is essentially a kettle. - Strengths:

We bought a perfect prep 2 months before our second child was born as another family member raved about it. Our immediate thought was ‘why didn’t we get one sooner!’.
It’s so easy to use and so much quicker than the traditional method of making formula or reheating a pre-made bottle. We now use it for both of our children and it really does help to make life easier.

I absolutely love our prep machine, comes in different colours, we had the the white one for my eldest son and now we have the green one for my youngest, it is so quick and easy to use and makes bottles at the prefect temperature straight away, has different number settings so you can pick how many ounce your little one has at the time, also makes a loud beeping noise twice so when your half asleep through the night the bleep wakes up back up again to remind you that the button needs pressing again for the cold to go in or a bleep to say it is ready to drink, i have had absolutely no problems with mine so i definitely recommend this machine as it is definitely a lot quicker for starving babies. - Strengths:
