The tommee tippee perfect prep machine is one of the best products that I have brought as a brand new first time mum. I was struggling to wake up at 3am to my screaming newborn and prepare a bottle with the kettle and wait for it to cool as he continued to cry. But then I brought the prep machine, instantly after using it for the first night I felt better. I woke up and within minutes he was already drinking his bottle that was perfectly made to the exact temperature it needed to be for him at the exact oz that he needed. Then as soon as he had finished back off to sleep he’s go and so would I. It was a lifesaver and still continues to be so even now he sleeps all through the night 3 months later. Even though the prep machine can be a little bit on the expensive side for me and my partner it has been the best money we have spent as it meant we managed to squeeze in extra sleep which we know is all to precious as new parents. Bottle is made in seconds measured out so you don’t have to worry, perfect temperature every single time. I wouldn’t be without ours. Amazing for the night feeds too, no more waiting around for the bottle to cool down or heat up, just press a button and ready to go - Strengths:

In love with this product, it’s so handy for my new born. Wouldn’t be without for night feeds. Only thing which is a pain is cleaning all the pipes due to a lot of bacteria build up. Doesn’t have a self clean button. But would recommend to anyone. - Strengths:

I used one of these in a nursery I worked at and it was fantastic for quickly preparing bottles safely at a ready to use temperature. We had 30 babies a day having bottles made with this, and never once had a problem. We checked the inside piping and they were always perfectly clean despite constant use for years. It has been used for over 2 years, with filters changed regularly and still going strong! I wanted to buy one for my son, however we haven't as myself and my husband agreed it was just too costly, we couldn't manage it in our budget. Such a shame as it's an amazing product. - Strengths:

This product wasn't out when i had my 1st child but i have got one now with my second and it is amazing! Its super easy to use, super easy to clean ect... i just love it! My mum and my mother-inlaw have got them at their houses too! Its just brilliant! - Strengths:

I can't praise this product enough it's the best baby buy I have purchased ever. It's so useful, it saves time, easy to use, cuts down the time baby is having to wait. So less stress to baby and the caregiver. Comes with very easy to follow instructions (pictures). The only downside is you can't make bottles under 4oz but it soon doesn't become an issue once baby has established eating and a routine. - Strengths:

It is really good for helping to be fast in preparing baby’s milk. I have it now for 8months and I really can’t imagine my self without it ! Most annoying thing that it makes too much noise.

When we bought the prep machine we didn’t really know what it was! It just seemed like it was the must have gadget which everyone had, little did we know it would be our must have gadget!
I can’t recommend the machine enough. You can make a bottle within two minutes, at room temperature and it’s just so easy - no stress! Once your out the house and try and make up a bottle using a kettle and then having to wait ages for it to cool down makes you realise how amazing this little machine is!
I have seen a lot of people comment on how the beep is loud and annoying but to be honest, we don’t even notice it. The only downfall I would say we have is when a new filter is required. The machine will light up to tell you to replace the filter but we have been caught out without a filter so I made my partner dash to the shop to buy a new one (luckily it wasn’t the middle of the night!)
Overall it’s fabulous and I couldn’t live without it. - Strengths:

This is an amazing product I fully intended to breastfeed but got one of these in case my little one or I couldn’t get on with it, but we have and are still breastfeeding now, but in the early days where I was averaging about an hours sleep a night I gave in and gave her a formula on 3 occasisona just to fill her up so I could get some sleep, this is amazing makes a bottle at the perfect temperature in 2 minutes no waiting about to heat or cool bottles this does it for you perfect every single time, so not stressing out baby waiting for a bottle, it’s literally to hand. - Strengths:

I loved this machine, when my son was a baby he is a teenager this was not around and waiting for a bottle to cool when they crying in the night was horrible. I use this with my daughter the fact milk comes out at right temp and how quickly it does is a time saver and stress saver. I am due again this year and will be using this product again. - Strengths:

Absolutely amazing invention! Prefect for a easy and quick way of making bottles the right temperature without the fuss of waiting for a kettle to boil then waiting for a bottle to col. It's all done for you a press of a button wait less than a minute and the bottle is made all ready for your hungry baby !! Only criticism I have is that you cant make bottles less than 4oz so in the 1st few weeks of baby being born and only drinking about 2-3 oz you either have to tip the remaining out waste milk or result in the old way of making bottles (boil kettle) - Strengths:

Although this machine just boils and dispenses water it saves a lot if time and it is a lifesaver when the baby wants his bottle NOW. What I don't like is that it obviously takes space in the kitchen, you cannot make less that 4oz and it dispenses in oz and not in ml.
I like it though due to the fact that the water temperature is right for each feed and it's very convenient. - Strengths:

After using this product for 3 months now, I don't know how I would cope without it. It makes bottles up within a couple of minutes, without the need to heat up or cool down the milk like you would if you were just using the kettle. This becomes a life saver for night feeds and when your little one is screaming the house down! It's so simple to use that even when explaining to other family memebers/friends they can easily work it. The only downside of the machine I could think of is that the minimum amount it makes is 4oz so before your baby is on that amount I wouldn't suggest using as you would end up wasting a lot of milk. I used a prep machine with my second baby and I don’t know how I ever lived without one! It is so much nicer to be able to have a bottle ready fast and not have to wait for it to cool. The cleaning cycle is easy to do. My only issue is the price of the filters for it, though they need to only be replaced every 3 months. - Strengths:

The perfect prep machine is a must have for any bottle feeding families. It makes bottles within 2 minutes and perfect temperatures to feed baby straight away. The only downsides to the prep machine for me personally is it doesn’t start before 4oz and it’s also very noisy.
I couldn’t of got through the first few months with out my prep machine. My lb would feed every few hrs and would scream the house down. The prep machine ensured his bottles were done quickly and he wouldn’t be waiting to long.

This machine is great for when you have a newborn it's quick and easy to use literally makes the bottle so quick! Only downside is at 3oclock in the morning it is loud also the filters can work out to be expensive, they do last 3 months or so but the money does add up - Strengths:

I had this with my youngest (wish I kept it after I finished with it as now pregnant with our third!). We loved it, was so easy, saved listening to the baby screaming for a while when trying to cook the bottle down. We even used to take it up to bed with us and use during night time feeds. Bought this machine when my girl was around 2 weeks old, an heck did it make life easier! Already sleep deprived, covered in spew and add to that a screaming new born wanting fed, times are tough. This machine makes it that bit easier by making sure you can have fresh bottles made within just a couple of minutes. Easy selector on the top to choose the required bottle size, (between 4oz and 11oz!) and decent sized water tank with a filter to make sure the water is as pure as it can be, and an easy clean adjustable drip tray to seat the bottle on when filling. One press gives a shot of hot water, second press fills the remaining volume selected with cold water, so its perfect temperature straight off the bat and ready to go! Definately what you need at 3am when youre 90% zombie! - Strengths:

We used this from 1 week old when I began bottle feeding and it was a life saver! Made the first few months so much easier. Used it until 12 months when we switched to cows milk. I always recommend them to anyone! Very easy to use and clear instructions on how. This is probably one of the best things we bought as parents. We started off using the kettle which takes so long and is so faffy. As a c section mum having to get up and down several times for prepping one bottle was hard after I had to give up bf. When we got this it made life so much easier, I even took it upstairs with me on a night for those feeds! It took seconds to prep a bottle! It has warning lights to tell you when it needs topping up and when you need a new filter which is very handy because I'd never remember when I put the last one in if it didn't prompt me.
The Only down sides for me are the price, it's quite expensive, thankfully it was bought for us as a gift, I'd say it is worth paying out for but is a little more expensive than I would like. The smallest bottle it will do is 4oz which is more than you need for a newborn so would be good if it did 2 or 3 oz too. There has been a lot of bad things in media about grime in the pipes, although I haven't experienced this with mine it would be nice to make the machine fully accessible in order to clean the pipes out rather than just running sterilising solution through on the clean cycle. Other than that I am over the moon with this piece of kit, I wouldn't be without it! It's saved my sanity especially on a night time. - Strengths:
