I bought the maxi cosi pebble plus because i would be able to use it with most pushchair brands. I have more than one pushchair so i like that i can use it with all my different ones.
Maxi cosi is a well know brand and i felt confident that my child would be safe in this seat. You can buy the isofix base but i just used the seatbelt. The car seat is clearly labelled with how to strap it in safely.
The newborn insert is lovely. My son was 6lbs when we left hospital as he was premature. He was comfortable and well supported. I would like there to be a head support when the insert is removed though as the insert is one piece so its either all or nothing. Its also not very cleary when you should take the insert out. I visited a baby fair and i was advised by maxi cosi to remove it around 4 months. I actually took it out at 6months as he fitted in it nicely until that point.
My son lasted in this seat until 10 months. Then he was too heavy and too long. The seat advertises up to 12months. It is worth knowing that if you want your child to rear face until 15months you may have to spend more on a car seat to bridge the gap between 10months and 15months.
The sunshade is just fabric i like this as its not too heavy but it doesnt fully protect baby in the sun. It also can snag if your not carful.
The harness is easily adjustable as baby grows it is also easy to tighten and fasten.
Over all i liked this car seat. It is available in lots of colours and designs and easy to use. My baby was comfortable he just out grew it before 12 months. - Strengths:

I bought this car seat as i loved the look... well my new son hates it! He hated it from the minute he went in it. He screams continuously and does not stop until he gets out. The newborn insert has never looked very comfortable for him and kind of squashed everything up. We got the 2 way family fix base which is so much easier but doesn't stop that baby hates it. Spent nearly £400 on base and seat for baby to detest every minute he's in it so quite disappointed. - Strengths:

Purchased this for my eldest and loved it, stylish and came with a rain cover. It also has an in built sunshade. The seat cover is removable and washes well at 30 degrees. Only bad thing is it’s quite tricky to wash the baby insert you can’t wash it in the machine. - Strengths:

A very good lightweight car seat. Easy to use and transfer from car to buggy. Also easy to walk around with. A good strong handle. Seems very comfortable for baby- also has an added bit of padding to make smaller babies more snug. Good fitting straps- which makes me very satisfied with the safety also. - Strengths:

This car seat is really great, especially with the isofix base. On its own its very light. The retracting buckle is a very useful feature, and so is the easy extending and tightening of the straps. I like the design, and the fact it can go into most pushchairs. It’s also very easy to secure into a car with a seat belt. The only downside is that it’s not the easiest to clean sometimes, I would still recommend this product. - Strengths:

I was so chuffed when I purchased this car seat, as I found a limited edition pattern at a reduced price.
It is so easy to use, clicking into the isofix base quickly. The lights and sounds to reassure you it is correctly installed are fab.
Another great feature is that the straps stay open making it easy to put baby in.
We were unsure when to remove newborn insert, but removed at 3 months as I read somewhere baby should be 62cm.
Our baby doesn't seem to like car seat too much, but I think that's just because it means she's not near her milk supply!
All in all I would recommend this car seat to any parent who values their baby's safety. - Strengths:

We were recommended this product and we have not been disappointed. It is safe and comfortable. The seat grows with the baby from birth. I always felt confident putting my baby in this car seat. The car seat is also very easy to fit. - Strengths:

I feel like my daughter is well protected, the designs are always good, but it does bobble up. Its reallu heavy and I struggle carrying my 4 month old alone, but as long as she's safe that's all that matters! The hood blocks out sunlight very well but it can unclip really easy
I'd definitely recommend though - Strengths:

I had originally got a besafe car seat and my baby hated it, screamed the whole time he was in it! Stopped me wanting to leave the house as he just wailed the whole journey.
My friend lent me her pebble plus and ISO fix base!! Absolutely changed car journeys for us, can't recommend enough!!! Brilliant - Strengths:

I got 2 of these for my kids in 2 different colours (grey and black). I like the seats as they are pretty, easy to use without the isofix and great that they can be used with my pram. - Strengths:

We used this seat for 10months from birth 6lb baby - fitted comfortably in it with the newborn hug insert. At 10months my 9.5kg daughter was starting
I get frustrated by how reclined she was in it.
We have travelled with it as it’s easy to use seat belt attachment in other cars. In our main car we have the isofix base which made it so simple to click on & off.
It’s easy to get into & out of cars. The straps are simple to adjust.
We also had connectors to attach it to our pram which worked really well. Getting it back off the pram took a bit of getting used to but the system worked well.
I would recommend this seat To other parents. - Strengths:

So I got this as it had been deemed one of the best ones. While pregnant we tested out a life weight baby doll in lots. This one was definitely the more comfy looking one. And definitely looked the safest!
However upon buying my 11 week old baby just hates it! I can't tell you why but ad soon as I put her in she screams until I take her out. The motion of the car don't even help. What I have noticed is that the minute I put her in she is trying to lift her upper body up and out so I'm.not sure if she just doesn't like the positioning. Of course this is her personal preference and if you ignore this the seat itself is great. It is comfy with a new born insert and so easy to install. The lights and sound indicator to say it is.correctly installed is a life saver for an anxious mum like myself!
I would recommend based on the car seat....my baby is just obviously a diva - Strengths:

So I got this car seat hoping it would last my baby's first year, maybe that was a bit optimistic.
The car seat is great, the newborn insert means your little tiny baby doesn't look too tiny when they first leave the hospital. The instructions aren't clear on when to stop using this but I took it out when my boy was about 5 weeks.
The straps on the pebble plus can only be loosened when they are not fastened, so there's no danger of your baby getting themselves free, and tightening them is so easy. The straps also have two settings, one for when your baby is smaller, then you adjust them they get to about 65cm, again, this isn't too clear in the instructions but it's fairly easy to do. A great feature of the straps is that they stay open when you want them to so you won't trap them behind the little one.
The isofix base is brilliant - no worrying about whether you're all fitted in correctly. Once it beeps you're all set.
Downsides - The car seat is only suitable until your baby is 75cm, and it looks like my boy is going to have outgrown it before he reaches 6 months so it does work out to be quite expensive. The instruction manual, as I've mentioned, is not great. And it does seem to take up quite a lot of room in the car with the isofix base. My baby also really doesn't like the car seat and will cry the second you put him in, he falls asleep once the car gets going though so it can't be too uncomfortable.
Overall it is a very good car seat and I have no doubt in my mind that my baby is safe, however the fact that it's been outgrown so quickly means if I was doing pregnancy again I might have chosen something different. - Strengths:
