Great car seat. We used it for my step daughter and she just loved the colour. Easy to install and to adjust head position. Great for different age stages. I really liked it that covers can be removed and washed! - Strengths:

I had the more expensive sirona 360, which is also billed as up to 4 years, but that seemed a bit cramped by the time she was 18 months, and we had the Pallas in my husband’s car. We ended up getting rid of the sirona and putting the Pallas in my car- it is amazing. She actually cries when she has to go in any other car seat!
It’s spacious and easy to get her in, you just put the seatbelt over the impact shield and she’s ready to go. When she falls asleep, she has somewhere comfy to lean her head. The only issue is that the shield has a lighter fabric than the rest, so gets mucky easily- but you can just wash this part without removing too many covers.
Initial installation is really easy, much easier than any other seats I’ve used. It feels sturdy, and there’s enough room for her to grow and use this seat for years to come. - Strengths:

If you are looking for a car seat with maximum security, comfort and practicality then this is the car seat for you. I use this car seat for my currently 3 year old and we love it. I found with other car seats we used she would always get her arms out which would then be unsafe and when she fell asleep her neck would slouch with this car seat I have none of them problems my daughter can not get out of this car seat and she falls asleep with her head on the strap across her body like a pillow she loves the car seat as she can see everything and has maximum comfort. I love that the cybex has side impact and gives me a lot of relief that I know my daughter will be safe - Strengths:

More comfortable, less restriction on the baby but still really safe
- Weaknesses:

We love this car seat. It’s really sturdy and has excellent safety records. I’m not a big fan of traditional restraints on car seats so was really pleased when we found this one which uses the lap insert to keep the child safe. The only downside to this is when the baby decides he doesn’t want to be in the car seat because it can be hard to slot into place. Its also difficult to clip in the seat belt because when using the isofix fitting, the belt clip is really close to the edge of the seat making it really hard to clip in without someone else’s help - not ideal! When you do eventually get it in place though it does feel really safe and sturdy and I love that my son can still move his arms and look around. If we were in an accident I feel this insert would protect the baby much more than the usual arm restraints. - Strengths:

We bought the Cybex Pallas as our eldest needed a new seat as he was getting too tall for his maxi cosi. However, we found it hard to find an isofix seat that would fit in our 3 door Focus ST which also would keep him restrained more than a normal seatbelt. He is tall but I would trust him not to Houdini himself out with ease. Trouble is he also had already learned how to release his maxi cosi harness himself!
The belly bar of the Cybex was perfect. He couldn't wriggle out or reach to un cllip the adult belt when fastened and was secure and snug. It also fitted in our car!
He's almost at the age/weight where we can remove the belly bar/cushion and the seat will then see him through until he no longer needs one at all. I feel this makes it good value for money.
He likes the cushion and always seems comfy. He's secure and safe, which is what you need.
I do find it a tad difficult at times to clip the seatbelt in, but that's as the seatbelt needs to be fully extended and if it isn't quite straight it'll need tweaking. Being a 3 door car doesn't help that - but we'd rather that than change our car!
Will be buying one for youngest when he gets to needing his next seat. - Strengths:

Insert is a bit big for little children, big chair

Very sturdy chair that grows with your child. The insert is good to support your little one and prevents them from falling forward if they fall asleep, but if the child is small it can be quite big and hot in summer.
If you have a small car it can be difficult to put the seatbelt on. - Strengths:

We’re very happy with this chair! Had to ‘brainwash’ our daughters brain first into getting excited about her new ‘big girls chair’, as we had heard that the front protection can be annoying to some kids.
She loves it!!! For the first time in a long time, she falls asleep and doesn’t fall forward. Her head slightly falls to one side, and that’s it! It’s very easy and quickly to fasten, which is a very valuable feature if you’re running to work every morning!
Overall, a very happy purchase. - Strengths:

Would recommend to anyone. Really comfortable seat as it doesn't have shoulder straps that dig in and you can recline the seat of the shop falls asleep. Cheaper than the sirona but just as good. Easy to wash if you have a car sick child. only draw back as quite a few cars do not have the isofix points built in that it requires especially if they are older models. - Strengths:

Description
The Cybex Pallas M-Fix Car Seat in Autumn Gold is a Group 1, 2 and 3 car seat that grows with your child from 9 months to 12 years of age (approx. 9 – 36kg).
It can be fitted with the car's Isofix connect points or with a 3-point seatbelt.
As a Group 1 car seat, the adjustable safety cushion works just like an airbag and protects against neck injuries without restricting your baby's movements and comfort. The patented headrest reclines to prevent your baby’s head from falling forward while asleep. For comfortable journeys, the seat features a one-handed recline feature so it can easy be adjusted.
The optimised ventilation system maintains a cool body temperature.
Regarding safety, the adjustable linear side-impact protection ensures that the force from a side impact collision would be absorbed by the protectors as well as the shoulder and head parts. They can be adjusted individually to suit your car, supported by the energy absorbing material the shell of the seat is made with.
As a Group 2 car seat, the Pallas M-Fix converts into a Cybex Solution M-Fix. The car seat can be maintained and kept clean easily thanks to the removable covers, which are machine washable.
