The carrycot is very well made and clocks on and off the pram chassis easily. Can face both ways
- Weaknesses:
Can not be folded therefore bulky
- Easy to steer
- Value for money
- Easy to fold
- Built to last
I have been using the Babysyle Oyster Carrycot for about a week now, the product seems durable and is very stylish. We chose this particular pram because the chassis folds quite small, however the Carrycot can not be made smaller and would be bulky to take in the car.
Carrycot can face either way in the chassis, either parent or world facing, although this feaurire is better suited for the pushchair attachment for use later on.
The mattress fits snug within the Carrycot and seems very comfortable. Every time we’ve taken our Son out in it so far he has been fast asleep!

We bought this carrycot to go on our zero base. The adapters make it easy to fit and remove, essential with a newborn. The mattress is thick and comfy and the hood comes far enough over baby to suitably shield from sun/wind/lots of people staring! It also has a handy gap so a mobile can be attached.
The main downside to this is if you have a long baby (as we do), it won't last too long before you need to swap to the pushchair - my son outgrew this at around 4 months. Thankfully the pushchair lays fairly flat so it wasn't a problem, and the extra boot space in the car was greatly appreciated! - Strengths:

I have the carrycot for my oyster 2 and it is pretty solid, the mattress is good and the quality of the overall unit is great. The carrycot however is on the small side, I had a big baby and he outgrew the carrycot that’s meant to last until 6 months by months. Other than that, it’s fab! - Strengths:
