I bought this product as it seemed a sufficient vitamin source for the first trimester, and after I recieved a sample pack from my Midwife, I was convinced this is one of the professionally recommended products. I keep taking it and had no problem or side effects. Only downside is the limit of timing you should take it - I sometimes forget to take this after my main meal. - Strengths:

I love these tablets. I've taken them through 2 pregnancies and have had no problems. They are great value for money and you can buy then in any size packets from pretty much most shops. One thing i like about these is that you can start taking them at any stage during pregnancy and they include the folic acid which is important!

At my first midwife appointment I was given a sample pack of pregnacare. I had been taking folic acid since before pregnancy but had pretty bad morning sickness and nausea. I started taking pregnacare and within 5 days I was feeling more myself! No more horrid nausea all day long!
