Although I loved the fact that I only needed to take one tablet a day to ensure I got everything I needed during pregnancy I felt that the tablets were to big as personally I am not great at swallowing tablets.
You must take these on a full stomach or you get a stomach ache. I have swopped over from the conception ones once pregnant and they are pretty much the same except with less vitamin d but I take that seperately anyway because of pcos. Good for you and usually on 3 for 2 somewhere.
I bought these as everyone tells you that you need to take them, especially in early pregnancy. What people don’t tell you, and u less you read all the paperwork (which I’m bad for not doing)... it says take after food. THIS IS A MUST!!! Both myself and my sister were both sick after taking them until we realised that you needed to have food on your stomach.
I’ve used these vitamins in my pregnancy, but I found that cheaper own brands have the same amount of vitamins. I guess we pay for the name. I hope it really did help my pregnancy. Shame it’s all synthetic and nothing natural in it.
Excellent supplement. Provided all I needed to grow a healthy baby. They are quite expensive but contain all the recommended vitamins. I've had no problems with them.
I used these when I was pregnant with my first little boy took one a day the tablet is rather big! And I noticed that they was making me poorly!! I had to stop taking them they was making me vomit
This product has been helpful during the pregnancy and it’s much easier than taking several different pills but it is quite expensive. There’s no off-putting taste either which helps.
I can’t lie and say these are easy to take, they taste pretty rank and are quite large. My trick is to take a mouthful of water first and then pop the pill in and quick as I can swallow. However they contain all the reccommended vitamins and more in one daily dose and what more could you want for your unborn baby!
Caused constipation, can get cheaper tablets that do the same

I bought these thinking they were the best however caused me constipation from day one, ended up using boots own folic acid with vitamin d instead and had no constipation symptoms
I took these religiously for the first 14wks of pregnancy... after that, my body decided it could no longer cope with such large tabs as I'd be sick trying to swallow them. Thankfully easy enough to break in half so continued. I feel that they did their job tho so can't complain!
This was a really good product, started taking them in my 1st trimester and kept taking them through out my pregnancy, after I started taking them my energy levels got better and I was having less dizzy spells, I'd recommend this product
I stated taking these as soon as I realised I was pregnant. Straight away morning sickness started. One day I forgot to take them and I didn’t experience morning sickness the next day. The size of the tablet is also very large and can be hard to swallow. They are also a lot more expensive than others.
Suppose to give you and baby nutrients throughout pregnancy
Weaknesses:
Too expensive, too big of a tablet, after taste is awful

Took these vitimins throughout both my pregnancy as midwife recommends that you do.
Don’t actually know if they are good for you or if they work. Both my babies came out healthy but wouldn’t put it down to the vitimins alone as eating the right foods I think is much better.
I purchased 3 packs of these on special offer and took them with lunch one day, I was then very very poorly which I believe was the iron in the vitamins so I started taking them at night and it got a bit better but was still sometimes in well with them.
My friend takes them and she's fine, no tummy upset. My advice is if you take these and have any pre existing stomach issues take them with your evening meal after a day worth of food and if you feel poorly anyway don't take them that's day.
However they do contain all the vitamins you need.
I was told to try these however, we soon found out that these tablets made my IBS worse so I had to stop. They are quite expensive when you can get vitamins through NHS for £1 which are the exact same. Does what it says though and contains all you need, just not suitable for me!
I got given these for free in a goody bag, they are good vitamins in terms of covering all of your nutrient needs but I didn't get along well with them, they are quite big pills so ended up making me feel nauseas and I struggled to take them when I had bad morning sickness.
The product is full of everything you need to support your needs through pregnancy however, for a first trimester mum full of nausea - the size, smell and taste of the pill can leave you closer to the toilet than feeling top of your game.
I got given a free sample of this in my bounty pack. It was very useful only having to take one tablet a day but these tablets made me feel incredibly sick.
With the price of them I didn’t want to buy anymore for something that mad me feel sick everyday.
I bought a cheaper version to try and although I have to take 2 tablets a day they do not make me feel sick and are working perfectly fine.
This product was amazing when I was pregnant and helped to maintain a healthy pregnancy, i found that the tablet was easy to swallow and contains everything you need during your pregnancy.
I started taking these as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately, not long after I started suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum. I found that these tablets were way too big to swallow without making me vomit. So I had to stop. Pregnacare should offer a tablet with similar content but in a much smaller form. My midwife did advise taking these though as they contain more than any others on the market.
I had this with my bounty pack but I carried on buying after my free pack they have all the vitamins I need while pregnant they have all the vitamins I need and the only down fall is the price.
You get everything you need in one convenient tablet.
Weaknesses:
As someone who struggles swallowing tablets, these were far too large for me.

Unfortunately I am someone who struggles taking tablets, so the size of these was just too big for me. I also feel quite nauseous when taking them. Although nausea is a common symptom of pregnancy, when I didn't take these I had zero sickness.
Not something I would personally recommend but that's purely down to me being unable to comfortably take the tablet and then feeling ill when I did manage to get them down.
I realise having all the extra vitamins required in one easy tablet is great for most people.
Couldn't take this product as it kept making me sick. Explained to my midwife and she said I wasn't the only one saying this. Apparently it's the amount of iron in them, it doesn't agree with some people. Good that there is a tablet tho that can provide mum and baby with all the vitamins and nutrients that they need but just not for me unfortunately!
I’m a lady who doesn’t like to take tablets as have always for some reason struggled to swallow them. When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to of course make sure I was doing the right thing so I invested in these and I really did struggle taking them due to the size they were to the point I would gag. If they were smaller it would be a 10/10 but due to the size I wouldn’t re buy unfortunately
Its good to see products that contain everything needed but these are too large to take especially when suffering with morning sickness, even attempting to take them makes me retch. It is unfortunate as if i could take them i would. Please bear in mind this might be because I am not great at taking tablets! I can usually take paracetamol taplets without issue though.
