I personally use this in all pregnancies. Provides all vitamins needed in pregnancy and a little bit extra. I choose to use these over the ones midwife provide as they contain more vitamins than the healthy start tablets. Ideally priced, great product. Midwife approved. - Strengths:

Best vitamins with folic acid for pregnant women.I Take these pregnacare during all my Pregnancy and Really help me and my baby.All my blood test was great and now i’m taking the Pregnacare breast-feeding vitamins.Was recommended for me by my Midwife and the GP and I’m glad that I listen them. -

Quiet large pills, but they have all vitamins in one, so I don't need to take a few pills in the same time. I got a sample of 7 pills and after I bought more because I'm feeling great and full of energy. - Strengths:

I was advised by midwife, and I have been taken pregnacare since discovering on week 6. First three month, I find them not easy to swallow and smelly tasting, feel sick, but after three month, I feel better with it, I love it. They contain all you need through pregnancy and I highly recommend them! -

I got given a free sample of this in my bounty pack. It was very useful only having to take one tablet a day but these tablets made me feel incredibly sick.
With the price of them I didn’t want to buy anymore for something that mad me feel sick everyday.
I bought a cheaper version to try and although I have to take 2 tablets a day they do not make me feel sick and are working perfectly fine. - Strengths:

I have been taken pregnacare since discovering I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I was advised by midwife to opt for this brand as they have a good reputation in the industry! This product was what I needed for all the vitamins I needed when I was pregnant with my son and the midwife said it helped me until my pregnancy got more complicated and I had to go in but this is brilliant would recommend - Strengths:

Product does what it is it will do. I find these tablets to be good. The only flaw is the size of the tablets and the price is quite high compared to the own branded products such as boots. During my first trimester I couldn't take these due to my poor gag reflex and until my morning sickness inproved, which was not until the end of the second trimester did I feel I could take these every night. I also find my heart burn gets worse after but that could just be a standard pregnancy symptom. - Strengths:

This is my second pregnancy and They have helped me stay off iron tablets plus it’s just one tablet a day so no trying to remember to take multi tablets at different times of the day. Plus gives you all the over important vitamins to help you and the baby x

It is very useful to support you in having a healthy pregnancy. I have taken it for all my pregnancies. However, i couldn't take it during the 1st three months as i felt sick with nausea and found the tablet too hard to to swallow because of its size. - Strengths:

I purchased these as soon as I found out I was pregnant - after taking the conceptions tablets. They are easy to swallow and do not leave a nasty after taste.

I received a sample packet of these vitamins at the beginning of my pregnancy so stopped taking regular folic acid and gave these a try. I am now 30 weeks and u taken them almost every day. I feel they have made me feel much better throughout this pregnancy, compared with my last. I became vegetarian a couple of years ago and was slightly worried about ensuring I got alll the vitamins needed whilst pregnant, however, all my tests results have been good and I have felt energetic and healthy the majority of the time which I put down to using these tablets. I will continue to take Pregnacare breastfeeding vitamins once my baby has arrived as I am very impressed with them!
I found it best taking them each night before bed, as in early pregnancy I suffered morning/afternoon sickness and these unsettled my stomach a little.

Couldn't take this product as it kept making me sick. Explained to my midwife and she said I wasn't the only one saying this. Apparently it's the amount of iron in them, it doesn't agree with some people. Good that there is a tablet tho that can provide mum and baby with all the vitamins and nutrients that they need but just not for me unfortunately! - Strengths:

Good value for money and gives you peace of mind as you are getting all essential vitamins you need in the early stages of pregnancy! Description
The Pregnacare Original Tablets has been developed with 19 important vitamins and minerals. Contains 400mcg folic acid and 10mcg vitamin D3 the exact level as recommended by the UK Department of Health. Pregnacare has been carefully developed by experts so that all ingredient levels are within safe levels for pregnancy.
