I uses pregnacare during both my pregnancies and am very thankful for them. They have everything you need in them, it is reassuring to know that you unborn child is getting all the vitamins and minerals needed. They are a big pricey but i believe they are worth every penny! Tablets are a little large and it took a while to get used to taking them. Would 100% use again. - Strengths:

I at first used these and felt that my constipation was a result from taking these, so I swapped to a natural brand. My constipation had passed quickly on the natural tablets. However I am back on them during my second half of pregnancy, I feel fine. The packet states you only need to take them for the first trimester and before pregnancy, I like to take it for the entire pregnancy and will continue while also breastfeeding. - Strengths:

So I started my pregnancy with different brand vitamins and after noticing that my nails changed the shape I realised that it might be due to the vitamins. I the compared 4 diferent brands and realised pregnacare are one of the best on the market. Therefore I changed to pregnacare and my nails improved immediately.
They are great, if you check levels of vitamins and recommended daily allowance they are worth the money! - Strengths:

I have personally used this brand in all my pregnancies and also while breast feeding.
I recently had a baby 4 days ago and I am going to continue to take these while breastfeeding, as I know I and fully covered and my daughter will benefit via my milk.
Each tablet provides all vitamins needed in pregnancy and a bit extra they may be more expensive than other brands but totally worth it, I've never had a problem with my levels in my blood tests while on these.
Great product and Midwife approved, what else do you need!!

I was concerned before my pregnancy that I would have trouble with things like Iron levels etc. I have a few existing medical conditions which already cause problems with anaemia and other deficiencies. I decided to take the Pregnacare Original multivitamins and was really surprised that all of my routine blood tests came back with perfect levels, some even better than before my pregnancy! I would definitely recommend these to everyone, the only negative comment I have is that they were quite large to swallow at the beginning when I was still suffering with morning sickness. - Strengths:

These were great, my previous 2 pregnancies I had a low iron count, so had to be put on the horrible big iron tablets. I started taking Pregnacare as soon as I fell pregnant with my third and all my counts have been great with no issues. - Strengths:

I thoroughly enjoy taking these vitamins, as they give me peace of mind, knowing that they contain everything both myself and my baby need for the pregnancy, and overall development. It is of the highest priority to ensure that the tablets are taken, and these are high-quality as well, so you know you can trust you are getting everything you need. Great for keeping healthy during pregnancy although it's a bit on the expensive side.
I usually bought the one that comes with the fish oil as well as I liked that it had the days of the week at the back as well.
I don't know why the normal packet doesn't have the days of the week at the back but it would be great if they changed that as we all know how bad pregnant women are with remembering things. - Strengths:

Took these vitimins throughout both my pregnancy as midwife recommends that you do.
Don’t actually know if they are good for you or if they work. Both my babies came out healthy but wouldn’t put it down to the vitimins alone as eating the right foods I think is much better. - Strengths:

I take this pills since 18 weeks of pregnant. Even when the NHS says it is not necessary to take additional vitamins after the 12th week, I know that is helpful for the baby growth.
The best thing is that is a combination of many vitamins needed in just one pill.
And it is accessible and afford price.
There are other Pregnacare pills, for more specific needs. For me the "original" is perfect. - Strengths:

I took these all through my

When o find out I was pregnant I use to feel.

My midwife introduced me to these and I had been using since. Has all of the necessary vitamins so no any extra supplements are needed. I would say there are no negatives, but if I would have to be picky I would say size of it is too big, however this doesn't cause me problems. - Strengths:

This is a great product. I have taken these before and throughout my pregnancy and will continue taking them for as long as necessary after pregnancy. I find them easy to swallow and tasteless. I used Pregnacare since the beginning of my pregnancy and I didn't have any side effects.
My iron level was always high while I used it.
I switched to the Pregnacare PLUS as it contains Omega 3 that is important for the brain development.
As a nutritionist, I am very careful of the composition and I was pleased to see that it didn't contain vitamin A as other pregnancy products do. Vitamin A shouldn't be given as a supplement to a pregnant women, it can be harmful to the baby. - Strengths:

I stated taking these as soon as I realised I was pregnant. Straight away morning sickness started. One day I forgot to take them and I didn’t experience morning sickness the next day.
