These are great for taking daily, so easy to get the exact nutrients you need from them and would trust the brand 100%. Have bought them throughout pregnancy and will continue to do so after birth
Wide range of vitamins and minerals required to support pregnancy
Weaknesses:
Expensive, large so can get stuck and funny taste

A good balance of the required vitamins and minerals for pregnancy but they are very expensive in comparison to o4her brands. Tablets are quite large so can get stuck when swallowing. Also have a funny taste/smell
I found these tablets great as you have everything you need for pregnancy within one tablet. The only difficulty I personally had was when I had morning sickness -for 20 weeks!- I struggled to take these as they were so big and made me heave trying to take the tablet. Will continue to take the next step tablets when baby is here.
I love the idea of these, and they are great if you can tolerate them. However, everytime i took them (in first few.months of pregnancy) i would spend 10 mins wrenching afterwards and feeling extremely sick. My morning sickness was definitely not as bad as others.
I took these the whole of my pregnancy and was so thankful for them. I felt great everyday but I also knew that my daughter was getting all the nutrients she needed. I think me taking these vitamins helped with how good I felt because I didn't starve my body of anything it needed. They are quote expensive but I don't think you can put a price on the health of your child so I didn't mind paying whatever was needed to pay. Only thing I will say is I struggling swallowing tablets and they are quote big in size. But after a while I got used to them.
The tablet is rather large which isn't great if you are suffering from sickness and gagging

I think this is a great product targeted and marketed for pregnant women. A friend recommended these to me and i managed to get a 3 for 2 offer in Asda. You might be unsure what tablets you can take when you are pregnant but you are instantly reassured by looking at the packaging that everything in this tablet is safe for pregnant women.
Every time i buy it in boots, isn't cheap.
Tablets contains 19 vitamins and minerals. Have all what i can expect.1 tablets per day with food. Easy and helpful for pregnancy.
I got given these for free in a goody bag, they are good vitamins in terms of covering all of your nutrient needs but I didn't get along well with them, they are quite big pills so ended up making me feel nauseas and I struggled to take them when I had bad morning sickness.
They provide you and your baby will all the vitamins you need during pregnancy....
Weaknesses:
The pills are quite large.... Had to brace myself before taking them at the beginning of pregnancy.

I have taken these tablets from the day after I found out I was 4weeks pregnant.
I am now 37weeks pregnant and still taking them.
Despite the fact that I have a high bmi (37) and I supposedly have a 'high risk pregnancy' baby and I have had no complications, he's had extra growth scans and is developing as he should, I've had no pregnancy symptoms, except no aunt flo and carpal tunnel syndrome, oh and the obvious bump. Lol
I always took these tablets after dinner with water and made that my routine as I was scared I would forget to take them otherwise I've not been sick and they do recommend you take them with or after food.
I will buy the after pregnancy/breast feeding ones after little Mr decides to come out :)
So i got this from my midwife , i couldn't take it for all my pregnancy , because tablets its too big and made me sick , but i continue after my pregnancy
After getting these free in my Emma's diary welcome pack I decided to purchase them and used all throughout my pregnancy they seemed to of worked fine I can see them being a big big for people that struggle to swallow tablets but it didn't have that problem 2 weeks post partum and I am still taking them to try and reduce hair loss etc
My midwife recommend those vitamins and I'm happy that I've took her advice. They've offered me the vitamins need it during pregnancy and I didn't had any problems with it.
I took these with all 5 of my pregnancy and really felt alot better when taken them if i ever missed a couple days doses i would feel tired and did not have as much energy. Great pill give you 19 vitamins and minerals. The pill is a little on the larger side but that didn't bother me at all.
I bought the pregnacare vitamins after using the seven seas pregnancy vitamins as I thought I would change it up a bit as I heard some really great things about the product but I have quite severe IBS and the pregnacare vitamins just made it flare up every day. I was taking the vitamins every evening with my dinner and found I was up throughout the night on the toilet! I have now switched back to the seven seas which have ginger extract in them and find they are a lot more gentle on my stomach.
After being told these days by the midwife you have to take these all through your pregnancy I do find them an expensive must have, however it is great to be assured that you have all your vitamins in 1 tablet.
Comfort that you are taking all the correct vitamins.
Weaknesses:
With the original you should really take a fish oil vitamin as well (not from fish liver!).

These vitamin pills are very big and don't taste nice. I also would prefer to take them when I get up in the morning rather than trying to remember to have them with my main meal in the evening. It's too easy for me to forget, whereas if I forget to take them in the morning I still have the rest of the day to remember. I do like the day of the week packets though because with another brand that were a tub of pills, I couldn't always remember if I had taken my vitamins that day or not.
Its good to see products that contain everything needed but these are too large to take especially when suffering with morning sickness, even attempting to take them makes me retch. It is unfortunate as if i could take them i would. Please bear in mind this might be because I am not great at taking tablets! I can usually take paracetamol taplets without issue though.
Great product that has everything you need in one tablet

The tablets are huge, sometimes difficult to swallow

I brought this as they were a trusted brand and all my previous friends had used these so was recommended.
I found them however difficult to swallow with the sickness I had but I was able to break them in half which made them more manageable.
I liked how is was all one tablet and I didn't have to worry about adding other vitamins which are recommended but they are pricey. If you stop around however they are usually on offer in a supermarket at a 2 for 3 and you do need a lot so I just batch brought when they were on offer.
You get everything you need in one convenient tablet.
Weaknesses:
As someone who struggles swallowing tablets, these were far too large for me.

Unfortunately I am someone who struggles taking tablets, so the size of these was just too big for me. I also feel quite nauseous when taking them. Although nausea is a common symptom of pregnancy, when I didn't take these I had zero sickness.
Not something I would personally recommend but that's purely down to me being unable to comfortably take the tablet and then feeling ill when I did manage to get them down.
I realise having all the extra vitamins required in one easy tablet is great for most people.
Although I love the idea of taking vitamins regularly throughout pregnancy, I found taking these tablets coupled with morning sickness a really hard task. The size of them made my gag reflex kick into action and I’ve had to switch to smaller own brand alternatives.
I took these everyday with my first pregnancy and am again with my second. Midwife advised me to take them as they have everything you and your little one need . With my second I went out and bought them soon as I found out I was pregnant . Wouldn't go without them now they are great.
This product has everything you need for mum and baby and can be taken after birth for Brest feeding only thing I would say is the price is a little high.
Great produt was recommended by my midwife as i suffer from alot of vitamin deficiencies they have really helped and i love the fact there are different boxes for different stages.
