Cheeky Wipes ORGANIC Rainbow Premium Cotton Terry Cloth Washable Baby Wipes

These wipes are amazing. They pick up the mess easily and don't spread it around. One wipe is enough per nappy usually unless it's a large one and they're so easy to clean. Best part is they don't even need drying between washes just pop back in the clean box with water and oil straight out the washing machine.

I was determined to use cloth nappies as soon as my little boy had grown out of the spindly-leg newborn phase. I thought I’d go the whole hog and get cloth wipes too. I bought a kit from Cheeky Wipes which included these cotton wipes and boxes for clean and dirty wipes, plus essential oil to add to the wipe water (optional).

I’ve been so impressed with these wipes. Primarily because they are soooo much better at dealing with poo compared to regular wipes, which just seem to push it around! 1 wipe for a wet nappy and 2 for a pooey one is typical. And afterwards, I just toss the used wipes in with the dirty cloth nappies so go into the washing machine. Even if you don’t cloth nappy they’re so easy to use, just use the Cheeky Wipes ‘dirty box’ or your own wet bag/receptacle.

I keep my wipes ready to use in the Cheeky Wipes clean box, wet but not soaking and with a drop or two of essential oils. You can wet as you go if you prefer though.

They’re just as handy to use out of the house as cheeky wipes provide 2 different small bags, one for clean wipes and another for dirty. And they take up no more space than throw away wipes.

The initial outlay feels a bit steep, especially if you get a kit but they more than pay for them selves over time. Plus you get to feel doubly smug for all the landfill you avoid.

A good hot wash (60) is fine to keep things hygienic and the wipes are pretty sturdy. As stated in the weaknesses section above, I have noticed some threadbare patches but these are only on a couple of wipes (out of 39 or so) and given their daily use I think that’s not bad at all.

My little one had a terrible dribble rash on his chin so I was looking for something other than baby Wipes to clean his face with and a friend told me about these. I bought the starter set which is great value for money.
These Wipes are lovely and brightly coloured. They wash and dry really well. They are easily stored and have a handy little trav bag for when out and about. They are so gentle on sensitive skin I only wish I'd discovered them sooner!
