Brilliant product, couldn't do without it. Daughter wouldn't sleep without me and this allowed her to safely sleep next to me. As she got older the mattress wasn't great as felt quite thin and she started to not sleep as well. Apart from that it's great. Deffo recommend to everyone - Strengths:

Its spacious (fits a sleepyhead), sturdy, can be used as a travel cot, comes with travel bag for mattress and fame. Easy to view and get baby out without having to get up. Provides co sleeping without having baby in bed. - Strengths:

We originally had a moses basket which our baby hated and would not sleep in so we had to co-sleep. I was nervous about co-sleeping because of the associated risks and was looking for an alternative when I stumbled across the Chicco Next To Me range and it was like a godsend!
We.followed the instructions and strapped the crib to our bed. However we have a divan bed and unfortunately our bed was higher than the highest setting on the crib. That was its only negative. So we couldn't unzip one side of the crib and have a true next to me situation going on. We just kept that side zipped up and still placed the crib right next to where I slept. Baby seemed to love being that close and it was so handy to scoop her up and feed her during the night without me having to even get out of bed.
The design is nice and sleek and I loved the muted colour. It's also very easily wiped clean.
It lasted us until our baby could pull herself up (8 months) and therefore became too high risk for her to continue to sleep in (in case she went over the edge).
We could also adjust the sleeping position so it was slightly tilted which was great as baby was Colicky for a couple of weeks.
I'd honestly say this was our best buy to date and I think worth the investment. - Strengths:

I honestly would not be without my next2me. I used it for 6 months with my little girl and it was ideal for breastfeeding as I was able to slide her into bed to feed and then straight back into bed afterwards without getting out of my bed. It also has a tilt feature which was great as my little one suffered from reflux. My only issue was that the legs (which fold inwards to get the crib close to the bed) would sometimes spring out and push the crib away slightly. With most beds you can attach the crib so this doesn't happen but it proved difficult with my divan base. Still I'd not be without it when I have my next baby. - Strengths:

After having a c section I was unable to lift my son out of the Moses crib so we purchased a next to me crib. It’s been brilliant and has plenty of room for him to grow into it. The Height is adjustable which is great when he has a cold so I can easily put him on an incline, however we have quite a high bed so it could do with being a little bit higher for us. - Strengths:

This next to me cot is ideal for my newborn baby. It meant that he could sleep next our bed and it was easy to get him in and out with the fold down side instead a normal high side cot. This was really good for travelling with as well as it goes back down to flat pack. My son slept really well in it. And i could rock it on a setting when needed to settle him. It also fit at the side of the bed really well and our bedroom is tiny! The only downside is one bit of it didn’t click back in after taking it down and up a few times...but was still fine to use. - Strengths:

We bought this as we were recommended it by other parents and I can see why they love it! It’s great to have your baby next to you sleeping, you don’t have to get out of bed to get them which is fantastic for breastfeeding mums! My daughter was in this for 7 months before she got too long for it so well worth the money. Only downside is that we have a big divan style bed and this Next 2 Me crib just didn’t quite reach the height of our bed so I wish it did go a bit higher that it does now. I loved the feature of the slanted head raise position you could do on it which is great for babies with reflux - Strengths:

Very happy with the next 2 me crib, now using it with baby number two. Great for breastfeeding as baby is so close and can just stay in his bed while feeding. The slight slope option is good for refluxy babies, too. - Strengths:

We purchased this in 2016 with our son. He loved it and stayed in it until he was around 7/8 months old. My daughter is now using it and sleeps so well in it.
You can adjust the hight on each side so elevate it which is ideal if baby is congested.
We’ve had to use ours in hotels, the travel bag is REALLY handy. Highly recommend! - Strengths:

Love this product as baby feels close to you, it’s easy to pick baby up if they wake up a night and put them back. Also easy to pat them back to sleep without the need of sitting up. There’s plenty of room for the baby and I think my little one can probably be in here for more than six months. Also the crib can recline which is great as my baby boy has reflux and this helped him a lot!. Before buy I would advise to check the height of your bed as ours is a bit high and doesn’t quite fit perfectly. - Strengths:

As a breastfeeding mum the Next 2 Me is potentially the best thing I’ve ever bought! I was sceptical at first. I tried it out before my daughter arrived and it was clunky and makes getting in and out of bed 100x harder. BUT from about a week after she was born, when I finally realised that I could use the Next to Me as a co-sleep helper and not a traditional crib everything clicked into place. I find she settles much better because she can touch me, and four months on I’m still in love with it. She’ll babble me awake, happy that I’m right next to her. I’m content because I can just open my eyes and know she’s okay. And feeding her during the night we don’t even get up. I pick her up, nurse her and then put her right back down. She’s so happy.
The crib is bigger than a Moses basket so even at nearly four months, she’s still got loads of room and I doubt she’ll outgrow it before she’s sitting up and has to move to a bigger cot. It’s considerably bigger than the other bedside cribs which is why I bought it! I didn’t want to spent that much money on something she would be out of at three months. Six months of sleeping seems more worth the £150 price tag!
It’s soft, easy to clean and lets a lot of air circulate. It’s also easy to put against the bed and move away if you need to (simply unclip). It’s amazing when they have colds, because you can tip one side up a bit so they’re at an angle. There’s no faffing around with a pillow under the mattress to raise their head. My baby has had colds all winter and it’s been invaluable in helping her (and me) get some sleep!
Plus an added bonus is the sensory play - my baby spends an inordinate amount of time scratching the fabric, making a noise and giggling at it. ??♀️
I love it and will be gutted when she inevitably has to move out of it!! - Strengths:

I love my next to me crib! Was the best by, having my baby so close to me at night time is amazing. She's right there without her being in the bed and at risk! The height can be adjusted which is very handy, you can have the side up or down and still be able to see your baby. Its bigger than a Moses basket so she will get more use out of it too. - Strengths:

Absolutely love the next to me crib, we firstly bought a Moses basket however our daughter grew out of that quickly. The next to me crib has so much more space for her to move around in and she’s still in it with plenty of room and six and a half months. It’s way to set up and easy to move around we take it with us all the time. It’s lovely to have my daughter so close when sleeping as it puts my mind at ease that she’s fine. It’s a absolute must have in my opinion and I have recommended this item to many friends. - Strengths:

This is the number one item for any new mum, in my eyes! My baby slept in this from birth til nearly 7 months and now and again even now if we ever stay over relatives. She still fits, and she is a long large baby! It goes up and down to fit the size of your bed, and when my daughter had a cough we were able to raise one side of it so she was a little upright to help with this at night. The design is great and we only have a very small bedroom and it still fine down the side of our room. I have to admit it does sound very fragile and perhaps a bit ‘rickety’ when moving it around, as if it is not very high quality. However it never seemed to be unsafe or unsteady for my baby, even when she started to roll over in it (and when my 4 year old niece decided to jump in and join her on a few occasions too!) The only real weakness I would say, is the mattress provided seems very hard! I added some blankets under my matress sheets to add some comfort. I know health visitors advise against this, I just felt it was like my baby was sleeping on concrete if I did not. These were not fluffy big blankets, just something to soften the blow a little. I also found when my daughter was little that the bed seemed too big for her, so I rolled up a towel and added that under the sheet, just to line her feet so she felt some comfort. (She was born in 2018 heatwave so swaddling wasn’t possible)
Over all I would recommend any one buying this. It doesn’t look it, but it’s also really easy to fold down and put into the carry bag provided to take else where. We loved it and have got it ready to use for our next baby too! It’s my no one product and best investment in all the baby products we purchased. (Saying that, I think it is worth the money!) - Strengths:

Can not fault this product at all, it was been a god send for my little one, struggled to get her to sleep anywhere, we bought this bed, and because she was close to me she started sleeping better, the night feeds/dream feeds were so much easier, can tilt the bed slightly by the kegs for when she has a cold and because she also suffers with reflux, the bed is very big so she can spread out, can also zip the side up for extra safety. Love this bed so much and would recommend every new parent to invest. - Strengths:

Chicco next to me is absolutely safe and good quality material. Price is very good and the mattress included is comfortable! What makes this crib unique is dirt you can easily take on or check your baby without wake up and your baby can look at you as well. Especially if you are breastfeeding this one is the best because you don't even need to stand up during the night! Can be a normal crib too and you can use it until the sixth month.

I found this product after struggling to get my new baby to sleep in the Moses basket. Unfortunately my baby likes to sleep on her belly but also see us at the beginning for security. The first night in the next2me crib she slept through. It’s also really handy for breastfeeding as you can lie down and breastfeed without baby getting into your bed. It also folds down and is useful if your having a night away with baby or if baby is sleeping over somewhere. The only down size is the price but to me it was worth the money for the full nights sleep. - Strengths:
