I wanted to co sleep with my baby and wanted something that would last longer than a Moses basket as I like to get my money’s worth. I initially found it a bit fiddly putting together but once I got the hang of it I can see how useful it will be when travelling as it comes with its own carry bag. Although cot mattresses are supposed to be firm to reduce risk of SIDS I found this too firm and my baby struggled to sleep on it. I ended up buying a different mattress. I would like to see Chicco improve the functionality of this cot by having a tilt option as my baby struggles when lying flat and because there is no tilt I have to use rolled towels under the mattress. - Strengths:

We brought this after Baby out grew Moses basket at 14 weeks. This product is amazing and has significantly helped with sleep as Baby is close and settles after a feed much easier. We use a sleepyhead in our Nexttome and it fits well with plenty of space still left. Whilst the cot is bulky it’s solid and once fitted under mattress it’s sturdy. We aim to use this cot until Baby is sitting up on his own and then will transfer to his nursery cot. Highly recommend this item. - Strengths:

We love the next to me crib. It has been perfect for us to have our baby right next to the bed for when he wakes for feeds in the night - we also use it during the day with the side up for his afternoon nap. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of wanting to co-sleep. - Strengths:

I love this product. It is a little pricey but I’m glad I bought it. Great for those who want to have their baby close by and be able to see them at all times. Feeding baby at night time is so much easier just stretch across. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone. - Strengths:

I love this item however it's totally over priced for what it is. The fact it's portable is great however the quality isn't necessarily what I would expect from this brand at this price. - Strengths:

I love this - I previously had bought a Moses basket for my little girl but after two weeks of her not settling in it and me being uncomfortable getting up and leaning over every time I needed to check on her (traumatic birth) I decided to splash the cash on one of these and it was honestly the best thing I ever bought for her! She sleeps so much better at night now and she is 4.5 months old and still has grow room. She loves being able to wake up to me every day and it honestly made night feeding and nappy changes so much easier! - Strengths:

This product is a dream for those who choose to breastfeed. The fact you are able to bring the cot right next to your bed at the same level means it feels up close and personal and almost as if you are sharing the bed. I have mine and cannot wait to use it. It's also good for a mother who has had a c-section as it doesn't require getting up and out of bed, it's perfect zipper means your baby is secure whilst you are away from the bedroom. The mattress and material is of very good quality and it's light weight meaning you can carry it around everywhere. Although in the picture it looks small it's actually really big and spacious. - Strengths:

I used a Moses basket for the first 3 months, when my daughter didn’t fit anymore, I wanted her to stay in my bedroom, so decided to get a Next2Me crib, such a great decision. As soon as I put her in there, you could clearly see that there was plenty of room. She is nearly 6 months and still has plenty of room. It can be adjusted up or down by 3 levels. We never had the side down, but still works just as great as an alternative to the Moses basket. The only thing for me is when babies are newborn, they sometimes like being in something smaller, so a Moses basket could be good for the first few weeks. - Strengths:

We chose this crib so we could easily lift our little one out during next feeds. I really like that the side can go up and down and that you can adjust the height of the crib so that when our daughter had a cold we could have the end with her head raised slightly higher. The crib has a lot of space in it and perfectly fits in a sleepyhead which has worked out really well for us. It has also lasted us a lot longer than a Moses basket would have. - Strengths:

My little boy has slept really well in his next to me cot since birth and is soon to be going through the transition into his own cot, I feel assured having used this product that he will do so smoothly. The next to me cot enables baby to be close to you for bonding when they are newborn and for feeds but enables them to develop their independent sleep space also. - Strengths:

This crib is such a dream for having baby next to you.
It’s so easy to just be able to roll over and pick baby up and comfort him without having to get out of bed.
It also comes with a carry bag so you can take it away with you if you’re staying away.
Note: it’s portable yes but heavy so not portable in the same way a Moses basket would be.
The mattress that comes with it is also a little hard. However that can be fixed with just a simple mattress topper. I did this and now it’s so comfy for my LO he loves it and falls alseep straight away.
Overall a definite recommended buy especially for first time mums. - Strengths:

Chicco next to me crop is really convenient for my little boy. He loves sleeping in the crib. It is also very handy to take with when travelling anywhere. The only downside we found was that it didn’t fit the height of many of the beds we attached it to when we travelled. - Strengths:

I love the co-sleeper it’s so convenient compared to a Moses basket which was what I used when my baby first can home from the hospital!
I love the fact that you can always see you baby and it so much easier to check on them! I love the face that there’s so much room in it to and you can lift baby straight out and on to the bed. The tricky bit is getting baby back in to it though but isn’t so bad! I love it! But the price is a down side though. - Strengths:

I purchased this product when my baby was 5 days old and I love how it attaches to your bed so it feels extra secure also like the way you can have it free standing if wanted as well. Very easy to assemble and folds down well with a nice bag to be transported. Helps my baby with reflux as can be titled. Just a little pricey I feel as the mattress covers for it are also expensive. It’s a nice size and will definitely last until he’s 6 months - Strengths:

This next to be crib is excellent! My daughter and I no longer have to co sleep because she feels like she’s in my bed still anyway, great for parents that want to be close to there child also! So easy and convenient! Only problem I would say is the price, not a lot of people would have that money to spend on a crib. Other than that it’s lovely and looks smart too. - Strengths:

I was really excited to use this crib when my baby came home and left one side down to be closer to her during the night but even being so tiny she managed to wriggle while I slept and was too close to me for me to feel safe for her. I have used this with the side up ever since and I love It and she sleeps very well in it. Only concern I have is that she likes sleeping against the net near me and so I'm constantly aware of where my pillows and duvet have to be in case they are too near her face. I prefer to use this crip with a gap from the bed for this reason. - Strengths:

I absolutely love this crib and so does my daughter! I finally get a good nights sleep with the ability to deal with my daughter when she wakes up without habving to get out of bed to do so ensuring that I stay in bed mode and can get back to sleep easier after night feeds and her waking for her dummy.
Even better is the fact that if she is crying because she wants to be closer to me all I need do is lie on my side and give her my hand! love it!!! - Strengths:

This is an ideal crib.
It attaches safely to your bed to allow aiding successful night time breastfeeds, it helps that your baby is near if you have had a c-section.
With my c-section, having my baby right next to me was so helpful and beneficial and knowing he was close by was very soothing.
It also stands as an independent crib and this has been great while transitioning him to his own room.
The multi position recline helps with reflux and colic - my baby suffered really badly with colic and having him tilted was so helpful and let him sleep.
This has been one of the best product we have purchased.

This cot is fantastic and allows the ease of co sleeping whilst keep baby safe.

This is an excellent product! Being so sore after forceps I found it hard to get up to my daughter quickly but with this I didn't have to move, so much space as well. You can have your baby right there with you but have the security of knowing they have their own space - Strengths:

I bought this product by recommendation from a friend I wasn’t 1000% set on getting it. Anyway one day I went and bought one I’m so glad I did. I ended up having a csection and the worst part I found was getting in and out of bed. With the next 2 me you don’t have to do this. You simply roll over and your baby is right beside you it was ideal for popping his dummy back in. At 4.5 months he’s still in it, also the sleepy head fits in which is amazing too - Strengths:

Very good product- comes in many colours and the rocking feature is available on the premium product. Can fit well even in small rooms and can be easily moved around. easy to assemble as well. Issues are that the delivery date is not flexible so we got it months in advance, also the mattress topper and fitted sheets are hard to find, the ones offered by chicco are expensive and not very good so had to buy different ones from amazon. - Strengths:
