This was the best thing me and for my baby to have at bedtime, to have him
Beside me every night knowing he was safe and I could settle him right away if needed. It was perfect for the first 6months and also able to dismantle and take to others house when he had a sleepover as it comes with a handy little bag to travel. - Strengths:

I am very happy with this product. Great size for a growing baby can stay sleeping in there for a lot longer than a moses basket.
Adjust to height of bed so newborn within reach just like Co sleeping but without the danger.
Easy to take down and transport with us as well as easily cleaned.
Excellent product would recommend. - Strengths:

This cot is very convenient during those early months and has been a lifesaver for night feeds. It was affordable and I’m super happy with how easy it is to collapse. Best crib!! but would be even better with a wider range of colours to choose from. - Strengths:

Me and my sister brought this product between us as she had a new born and I was then due my baby 7 months later and when I got to have this from my sister and use it was still like brand new I washed the sheet cover of it and you honestly wouldn't have known it's been used prior. So sturdy and light to move around I'm dreading when my baby goes into her crib in her own room as love this product for her. - Strengths:

Perfect start for parents who may want to bed share
- Weaknesses:
Unsturdy, doesn't last all that long

So I'm going to start with the good points because there are many :
This is a fabulous start to bed sharing for any parents who aren't sure if "it's for them"
It doesn't have to be a bed sharing aid as it has a side that can be up or down.
It can be easily moved around as it's very light.
Hanging loop's for toys.
Mattress included.
See while my review may have seemed negative it's far from this product just didn't work for us.
I found it to be unsteady it had plenty of movement to it*other's love this for helping settle baby but it had my anxiety up* once little one had stretched out and could touch the sides every time she did she awoke = mummy not getting the sleep she so desperately needed.
The specific sheets are quite steeply price.
I couldn't attach the sleep mat*movement /breathing monitor* as there was no exit for the cable to go safely.
Overall this is a good product it has so many positive points it sadly just didn't work for us and ended up being an expensive mistake. Even in its hardly used condition they don't hold value *or people don't want to pay out* so it now sat in the box collecting dust. - Strengths:

As a sufferer of arthritis I suffered a flare up 6 weeks after my little one making it extremely hard to move around especially at night& I the morning, the next2me made life so much easier always having him so close by and not having to get up! When I received it I was able to assemble myself due to being so light weight& is also very spacious so lasted for so long! Absolute god send. - Strengths:

I'd seen this advertised on TV so ordered it and was surprised at how lightweight it was, it was easy to assemble and attach to our bed but I think the straps yo do this are too long and unnecessary. The crib didn't seem totally sturdy to me and the monitor we bought didn't work with the crib (it has a sensor pad) as it picked up our movements in bed as well as baby's.
Overall a good product but I think I prefer the old fashioned Moses basket. - Strengths:

This was one of the best products we bought. My little one is safe and secure in the crib. I don’t need to get out of bed for those night feeds. When she’s fussy I don’t even need to move, just need to reach in and soothe her. It was easy to assemble and has an adjustable height. I just wish it rocked - that would make it unbelievable. - Strengths:

We've used this for our little boy and it's been amazing. Highly recommend over a moses basket anyway.
The side panel folds down easily so it can be right next to your bed or the side can be up but has a mesh so you can still see your little one.
It's portable, lightweight and durable which makes it good value for money.
My only downside is that it feels a bit rickety but is overall sturdy and won't fall or tip over.

I loved this idea, the option to co-sleep was just what I wanted especially as I knew I would be breastfeeding. It has been the perfect addition to our sleeping arrangements and I would highly recommend this to any woman who is planning to breastfeed. Night feeds were much less disruptive (and they can be pretty hard work let’s face it!). My baby was right next to me which was reassuring when she had a cold or was under the weather. No getting out of bed to lift her in and out of a cot for a feed. I only wish we could have used it longer!! - Strengths:

I am a first time mum and I bought this cot when my baby was around 6 weeks old as he wouldn't sleep in his moses basket and suffered with reflux. I also didn't like that fact I couldn't see my baby during the night. Since having this, my baby sleeps better and so do I, knowing I can see him at all times. He also suffers with reflux and is not a fan on being on his back. You can adjust one end so your baby is tilted which really helps. Definitely a purchase worth it's money! - Strengths:

I love my next to me. When my son was newborn it was big for him so needed a sleep pillow in 8t to make him feel more secure but as he has grown he loves it. It is great having him right next to me and great for breast feeding him through the night. It comes in a variety of colours and it good and easy for cleaning. Easy to use with reclining positions and height adjustments. - Strengths:

I bought one for my youngest (the princess pink one) and I love it! It's so nice being close to my baby in the night and even with the bar up because of the mesh you can see them. The only thing I would recommend is a mattress protector as because the mattress has fabric on when there's sick it's soaks in and you can't just spin it over either as the bottoms hard. But apart from that it's fab! The wheels on the bottom make it easy to move around also. - Strengths:

Extremely happy with this purchase. We decided on a next2me as they weren't around when my son was born 6 years ago and it was hard work getting in and out the bed at night to soothe him. The next2me is an absolute lifesaver, especially in those early weeks when you don't get much sleep! You are able to soothe your baby by stroking them/holding hand/patting and also able to find that elusive dummy and put it back in without even sitting up in bed.
So easy if you are breastfeeding and happy to feed laying down as you can scoot yourself up to the side of the crib and bring baby close to feed without getting them out if you wish. My baby is almost 6 months old and still has a lot of room in this crib, we have been able to help her reflux by raising the head end of the crib one step higher than the feet end so that her milk can stay down. She loves being able to see us when she wakes up. All in all an excellent purchase. I would have preferred it was slightly cheaper but honestly worth every penny anyway and the resale value is very good. - Strengths:

I Would say this crib was a must have item it is so roomy and comfortable, My daughter hated her moses basket so we got one of these and now recommend to everyone. I found it lovely to have my baby right next to me and it made feeding so much easier. I had a c section so couldn't move fantastic to start with so having her at my height next to the bed was great. The tilt function also helps massively with reflux and the straps attaching it to the bed makes this item amazing and a great way of co sleeping but without the risks. I love the fact they can stay in the crib until they outgrow it we put our daughter in her cot from 6 months but she still had room in the crib if we needed it longer. The crib also comes with a carry bad so if you are going away it is easy to take with you. - Strengths:

This was one of our best purchases. The crib itself is a good size and at six months my daughter still has plenty of space. It’s great having the option of having it attached to the bed with side down or away with side up. It comes with a travel bag and all straps for attaching to bed. It’s very sturdy and the mattress feels good quality. - Strengths:

I love my next to me crib.
It can be put next to your bed, the height is adjustable so that it is the same level as your bed, not only this but you can use the adjustable height to have the cot raised on one end if baby has reflux or is full of cold.
On one side of the crib you can unzip it so that there is no panel between you, but if you choose to have the panel up, it is mesh so you can still see your baby.
It packs away nicely so I have been able to put it in the car and transport it when someone else is babysitting. - Strengths:

I bought this product second hand from a friend. I hadn't considered whether baby was going to sleep in our room or her own, and now she is here and I am feeding her twice a night, i am so glad I bought this bedside crib. Not sure I would have committed to trying it out at full price. After those horrible plastic cribs in the hospital, this feels like a luxury to lift baby in and out of. It really is spacious, perhaps too much, as it takes up quite a lot of unnecessary room next to my bed, and I had to rearrange the furniture to ensure it fitted in the room! This also is a bit of a pain when it comes to getting in and out of bed myself as I have to shuffle down the bed to get past it! The legs seem a little wobbly and weak, but this could be because it is second hand, I am not sure, but I have leant on it by accident and it took my weight, so not too worried about this point. I have tried to buy some non-chicco fitted sheets, as the branded ones are quite expensive considering how often babies bring up their milk all over them, but they didn't fit very well so this is one drawback. I would imagine if you speak to a midwife about this product, they would give a thumbs up, as it fits all the points for avoiding SIDS. Overall, I would recommend. - Strengths:
