I bought during my let’s try and be healthy and do everything right’ pregnancy ready for after I have birth. I wish I hadn’t have bothered. With a newborn baby it’s the last thing on my priority list to take two tablets a day with food. I think k have remembered to take approx 5 tablets in the 5 weeks since having my son. Very pricey for something I haven’t used. Also means I can’t really comment on whether they are effective or not. Also have a very strong smell and taste lingers in both even when just quickly washing it down with water. Tablets are big for someone who may not be used to swallowing tablets whole
