I was particularly unwell following the birth of my first baby. I lost a significant amount of blood and therefore my iron and other levels were Lower than they should have been. I am still talking these multi vitamins 6 months after having my little boy as I honestly feel they make a difference to my daily energy levels. I forgot to take them on holiday for a week and really felt lethargic and achey after a few days which quickly cleared when I resumed taking them again. Highly recommend - Strengths:

I got these tablets after giving birth to my sons and in both times I got these they have really helped with tiredness and made me feel so much better, it’s also great way to get all the right vitamins you need after giving birth. The only down side of these tablets is that they are big to take. But overall I would still recommend them to any new mum. Another great thing about these tablets it’s that it has the days on the tablet section so you know what tablets to take that day.

I was bought these as a pregnancy gift from a friend and to be honest these are probably something I would never thought of getting for myself but I'm so grateful they did.
I startef taking them when I first come home from hospital and felt they helped me managed the fatigue. I felt slightly more human and credit that to these. - Strengths:

Contains specialist nutrients including Marine Collagen, Citrus Bioflavinoids, Horsetail Botanical Extract and Grape Seed Extract, plus essential vitamins and minerals; Biotin, selenium and zinc. The added vitamin C also contribute to collagen formation for the normal function of skin. With added iron, folate and vitamin B12 which can help reduce the feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
