This is great stuff. Clears up nappy rash just after a few applications. And a little goes a long way. However this cream does stain if gets on clothes, so best to take babies bottom half of clothing off fully to avoid wriggly legs getting in it. - Strengths:

My baby had really terrible nappy rash that looked like burns on her skin so a decent nappy rash cream was essential. Metanium seems to be the only cream to do the job.
It works very quickly, within a couple of applications there was a visible improvement. I like that it is thick so it feels like it's really doing something. Also you can see the cream at the next nappy change which proves that it's long lasting. The only negatives are that it doesn't have a particularly nice smell, it stains clothes and as the tube empties the lid is really difficult to get on as the top of the tube bends. All in all an excellent nappy cream and the effectiveness of the cream outweighs the negatives by far. - Strengths:

Does what it says it does, affordable, widely available. My daughter had nappy rash within a day of using it, it was clear. You only need a tiny bit so the tube lasts for ages. It does stain clothes though so got to be careful - Strengths:

This is brilliant. Cleared up rash on my baby’s bottom after one use. Only need a little bit as it goes a long way. Smells clinical which I don’t mind and has a yellow colour to it that Iv been told stains clothing but I havnt got it on clothes up to now so can’t comment on that. Price was ok as you don’t need to use after every change. Please I bought it, every parent needs this just in case.

After x1 treatment it cleared up my babies rash. Use alongside everyday ointment. Its a great product to have on hand for red sore bottoms even though the smell can be off putting! - Strengths:

I like that a little goes a long way. It’s quite a thick cream and I’ve heard it’s supposed to be most effective for nappy rash. The biggest con is that it makes such a mess. It stained my sofa and just seems to get everywhere. It’s definitely not for daily use. I would only use it again on my LO when they actually have a nappy rash - Strengths:

We've been using this cream on our baby girl's bum for the last few days as she's teething and has associated nappy rash to go with it. It's helped her go from a red raw and very painful bum to almost normal very quickly and we are so relieved!
We found it easy to apply, even with a squirming baby who was in a lot of pain and discomfort. It does dry to a powdery finish fairly quickly so you need to work fast but once on it acts really well. We found a few little crystallised bits in it, as other people have mentioned, but nothing you can't quickly wipe off into a piece of kitchen roll so not a problem really.
It can be harder than normal nappy creams to wash off your hands and I'd recommend washing clothing it gets on sooner rather than later to avoid staining but when something works so well to make your baby more comfortable and happier then a few stains are a small price to pay. We can't quite believe that something so good is such good value for money either. A little goes a long way so the tube will last ages and the price is low for what it does. I'd definitely recommend getting a tube in the house in case the dreaded nappy rash strikes! - Strengths:

My little boy isn’t well, as a result of this he has had severe nappy rash. I’d tried many other creams to no avail. I thought I would give Metanium a try and within the hour there was a MASSIVE difference, this was 24 hours ago, it has now almost fully healed. HIGHLY recommend! Definitely worth the price and It’s not as messy as other creams. I swear it must be made by the gods or something because this cream is definitely magic. I find metanium fantastic. It worked really quickly on my daughter skin. It didn't hurt her at all and it has a nice smell to it. You don't have to use much because a small amount goes a long way!I use a pea sized amount and that's enough - Strengths:

Brought this as my son had really bad nappy rash and nothing was working. This worked pretty much instantly and didn’t irritate or seem to sting him when putting it on. The only thing I don’t like is it leaves a yellow stain of it gets on anything and does have a strong smell. - Strengths:

My son had a rather sore bum and this cream cleaned it straight up. I always used the bright yellow version it was lovely and think and seem chalky but was the only cream u could buy that actually worked and a small amount when very far. Loved this highly recommend - Strengths:

I was recommended to use this when my little girl got a sore bum and all I can say now is WOW. I have recommended it to all my mummy friends and make sure I carry a spare tube in my baby bag just incase.
You can see that it works straight away, after just a few applications I could see a huge difference and it nearly cleared it all up completely. It goes on and then feels powdery unlike some creams that can feel quite wet next to the skin, I imagine it to be quite soothing. Doesn't have a smell, but it is bright yellow and can stain if you get it on clothes.
Also make sure the lid is on properly because it's as if the cream expands and comes out the top.

I received this cream as part of a present when I had my little boy, my friend swore by it and told me it was amazing. She wasn’t wrong. I noticed a little rash coming up on my little boys bum so I used the cream, it tells you to use a tiny amount and rub so you can still see the skin texture underneath, I did as the instructions advice and when I next changed his nappies all signs of the rash had gone. This is the cream I always use when my baby has a sore bottom or nappy rash. It works well and quickly, and you don’t need to use a lot either, although it can be a bit messy. The packaging isn’t great, I find it easier to decant it into a jar and use it that way instead. - Strengths:

I absolutely love this product!!! Having worked in a children’s nursery for many years, this is the one nappy cream I would recommend to any parents that asked!
