I love this product. I don’t think I’d be able to live with out this for my baby. It is AMAZING! nothing else worked for nappy rash we tried everything on our baby and because he was only tiny and skin was very delicate everything was just making it worse then we bought a tube of this and just wow! It worked wonders it should be called the magic one not the yellow one ? I always recommend this to friends and family. Definitely a must have for a newborn/baby. Our baby is now nearly 7 months and we still use this we’re on the last bit of the tube since he was a couple of weeks old. Definitely goes a long way! - Strengths:

This is the best nappy cream ever. My little girl had nappy rash and after only one application of this it had almost cleared it up. It’s very thick so be careful not to apply too much and dry the skin out. -

I was recommended this by a colleagie before I went on mat leave and it is fantastic. My little one had nappy rash and this cleared it up so quickly. Only need a tiny amount so a tube lasts for ages so very good value for money, my partner always squeezes loads out and it goes everywhere and tricky to get off so remember less is more.

I love you this cream and always have a tube in my change bag!! My little boy is teething hard and it always effects his poor bum. I always apply this cream and I can notice a difference after just one use!! A little goes a long way so the tube lasts a long time making them great value for money!! It’s a think yellow paste so make sure you apply on a change mat as can staine clothes/carpet!! Highly recommend! - Strengths:

Fast working great nappy rash cream however do be careful as this product can stain!! Used when our DS got bad nappy rash, tried other things but toke a while to go. Was recommended this by Dr, other than the staining great product - Strengths:

I love this product, you only need a little as it definitely goes a long way. The yellow colour also allows you to easily see where you have put cream. You only need a thing layer and I tend to dab it on sparingly. This has always cleared up and soreness very quickly, I don’t use it at every nappy time but as soon as I see any signs of soreness I quickly apply. After piercing the safety seal I do find the cream pushes itself out of the tube so you have to reapply the lid very quickly. I also find it stays on your fingers so I have to wipe it off before dressing Harry so not to get it on his clothes. A tube definitely does go a long way and is well worth the money. - Strengths:

I am a mum of 7! So have used various creams /methods for nappy rash .my little ones was really quite sore and somebody recommended this cream .I thought give it a go ,nothing to lose ...wow! After one use she was 99% better .miracle cream! It goes on thick and stays put ,but sometimes can be a messy job .would love to see this in a tub rather than a tube.Highly recommended ? - Strengths:

My baby girl had bad nappy rash from a few days old we got recommend to use this cream.
It was messy, really thick and got on everything and it stained any items it touched! It was also really difficult to wipe off and never really sunk into the skin.

I can say that this is the best nappy cream I have found. I apply it to the sort part and by the next nappy change it is no longer sore! Absolutely amazing. Won’t use anything else now! - Strengths:

This product is amazing for cleaning up bad nappy rash! As a nursery nurse as well I use many different products depending on what the parent bring in and this is by far the best. It clears the area very quickly the negative is that it is quite messy to use and the packaging does not make it any easier however I would highly recommend for bad nappy rash - Strengths:

This is the best nappy rash cream, i got it recommended to me and i am so glad i did! It helped whilst teething and the sore bum that went with it, a small amount of cream went far and was only needed a few times as it worked so well! Would definitely recommend this cream - Strengths:

This is by far the best nappy cream I've used on my daughter so is now the only one I use. It's clears rashes up really quickly and is reasonable priced. It's does however have a funny smell and the bottle is a screw top which gets clogged up with the cream to the extent that sometimes you cannot get the lid back on. That being said, I do still buy the cream as I think it is the best one on the market! - Strengths:

My son had really bad nappy rash, we used this and within a few days his rash had cleared and he was so much more settled. the cream stays on well even with wet nappies it doesn’t rub off instantly. would recommend. - Strengths:

My soon would suffer really acidic poohs when teething to the point where his bottom would be red raw! I was trying everything and then my doctor recommended this and I’ve never looked back since! I could change his nappy before going to bed and it would be red and weepy after applying the cream he’d wake in the morning and his bottom would be almost completely healed!!
The only downside is when you start a new tube it doesn’t stop coming out which means quite a bit of wastage - Strengths:

I bought metanium nappy rash ointment because my child often gets nappy rashes so i only use this when he has a nappy rash, i apply a small amount of this product to his sore bottom at night and by morning its clear . Overall i love using this product on my child's sore bottom because i have seen a difference in how irritation and redness are gone. - Strengths:

My little boy had such a sore bum whilst teething. We tried various creams which didnt seem to help. Went out at 9pm just to get this cream and wow what a difference it made! Applied before my little boy went to bed and by the morning the rash was looking so much better! We continued using this during the day and by evening his bum was completely clear! We love metanium for nappy rash, we’ve tried a lot of other brands and this seems to work the best. Easy to apply, Although this becomes more challenging as you use it as the metal becomes bent and indented making it harder to get product out. The smell isn’t the nicest but then again you’re not going to smell it when it’s applied as it’s so faint, the yellow colour of the cream it’s self stains some materials so you have to be quite careful special when you have an wriggly octopus baby! Love this cream! It’s my go to whenever either of our girls have nappy rash.
It works almost instantly - which is fab as a mother knowing that discomforting rash has disappeared.
The colour does stain some items of clothing though.
The only downside for me, is that once you have put some on your finger, it continues to come out of the tube so there is a lot of waste. - Strengths:

I always apply a barrier cream to my daughter when changing to prevent nappy rash however, she recently started teething and along came the inevitable - nappy rash! I was worried that her skin would become really sore so wanted sometime to help quickly. I had heard of metanium from other mum's so thought I'd give it a go. By the night time of the same day the rash was almost gone and by the next morning it was completely gone. It important to only use a small amount to allow the skin to still breathe but this is definitely a miracle product in my opinion! - Strengths:
