Brilliant cream for clearing up nappy rash! A small amount will go along way and clears up a rash in days. I use it at every nappy change and my little one has only had a slight rash once (due to the heat). It's a little pricey compared with other creams but definitely worth it.

Easy to apply after every nappy change. easy to use from the tube. Works well against nappy rash. Put a thin layer for a barrier to protect skin from nappy rash. My son has really bad painful nappy rash cuz of teething and this has helped him so much. Highly recommend - Strengths:

Bepanthen nappy care ointment is one of my favourite skin care product for my child it works well on delicate skin and absorbs it quite fast as soon as my child gets a rash or his skin get red i quickly use this and it cools it down and turns his back to normal, i really love using it and would recommend it to anyone. -

This is a great product a little goes a long way i wouldn't use any other product on my baby it works straight away and the tube lasts ages doesn't feel greasy or heavy on babys skin - Strengths:

I rarely use this unless I have to but it’s absolutely amazing on nappy rash and new tattoos (used on all 16 of mine)! Heals super fast and like nothing was ever there (rash wise)! Definitely would recommend - Strengths:

Such a great cream for any age!! If my baby daughter has a sore i put the cream on and over night is it gone! Used also on Cuts and grazes on my son (age 6) he feels better as soon as i whip out the tube! Gentle on skin, thick cream so stays on and rubs in well. Not the cheapest but great quality. Highly recommend.

An easy to access tube of cream. The cream is not as thick as the likes of sudocrem or aveeno barrier- my preferred choices. It has minimal smell and a little goes a long way. I have found the other brands mentioned to be more effective though. - Strengths:

This is one of the best nappy creams I've tried. I like it because it's not drying on the skin for the baby. I found that with like of Sudocrem that it really made the skin go crispy and really didn't look comfortable.
With Bepanthen it's more of an oily, moisturising cream which is really good.
Also, I suffer with the odd break out on my face and put a blob of it on over night and the redness has disappeared - it's amazing.

Use this instead of sudocreme as I find sudocreme too thick and doesn’t let the skin breathe as much as this does. Also means that you don’t need to scrape it off in between nappy changes!
Like the fact that it is in a tube and not a tub..much less messy! Very handy for the changing bag also!

I’m not a huge fan of this product. I find you need to use a lot to get it to spread, which is rather annoying. Also it’s very oily which I’m not a fan off. It does prevent nappy rash if you can get enough on. - Strengths:

I use this on my daughter instead of sudacrem etc and found this worked much better. I use it on the nappy area when she’s looking a little sore and also on her creases on her legs etc. It’s not too thick to apply and absorbs into the skin unlike other creams which can leave it greasy. This cream is amazing. My LO has never had a nappy rash and this is one of two creams we have. It’s a nice lightweight cream. It’s quiet thick but that means amazing coverage. You only need the tiniest blob to cover the bum. - Strengths:

I put this on my daughter's bottom every night before she goes to sleep. Doesn't have nappy rash unless she has had a reaction to a new food she has eaten as she is now currently weaning. A MUST for every baby. - Strengths:

I’ve used this nappy cream for 3 of my children and i must say, its the best cream for nappy rashes. Its a bit pricey compared to other nappy creams but i don't mind paying the price when it does what its meant to. -

I like Bepanthen, if my children have started getting nappy rash ( even teething nappy rash) this cream has always got rid of it over night.
The price is a little expensive, once you have started to use it and you need a little more it can get a little messy. I would certainly use this cream again and would recommend it. - Strengths:

Bepathen is one of the ointments I use not just for the baby but for the whole family as well. I have realised it helps with all kind of skin irritations as well as great for nappy rash. I think it’s a great ointment and we don’t imagine not having any at home now. Help with the baby rash when he was tiny and still helping now as he is growing older.
