Stokke MyCarrier Front & Back Carrier

We have the carrier but it doesn’t fit everyone! I’m a small size 8 and the front style just doesn’t fit, the waist band is too big making it uncomfortable to wear. Having said that, the back carrier is simple and easy to use and it is worth it!

I have used the stokke mycarrier a lot. In all positions. I tend to use it as a front carrier and i have to say i feel that baby is very well supported and secure in it. I have used this carrier for two children and its washed and worn well. Nothing has frayed and i feel confident carrying my children around in it.

My son was premature and i did not like to use this carrier when he was newborn, he just seemed way to small in it and i struggled to get him in the correct place. I would say this carrier is more suitable from 3 months. It could do with a wedge for a smaller child.

The carrier adjusts nicely and i can fit my one year old and my 4 year old has only just out grown the weight limit. My partner also wears the carrier but he finds it rubs on his shoulders. I find the carrier comfortable but the fabric rubs. I especially like the metal rod in the back support as i feel this helps spread the weight evenly.

I dont find this carrier very supportive as a back carrier i have tested it out but did not fee very secure carrying my children tbis way. The back carrier doesnt seem to totally cover baby and i felt unstable in tbis mode. However i walked around the whole of paris with my one year old in tbis carrier and it was fine!

Overall this carrier has worn well, its relatively comfortable for me and baby and its stood the test of time. I find it has much more support than a wrap and on a long day out will stay comfotably in the position you have set it. I would like the fabric to be a bit softer and the back carrier easier to ise but i use tbis carrier again and again which shows how well made it is!

This baby carrier is so comfortable! After practising and reading the super easy instructions I got the idea of all the straps. This is carrier is great for adjusting to you and your baby (yes there are lots of toggles and straps but that is for your comfort and to allow for the several wearing options). I love that this grows with the child, and is so well made so it lasts. It’s expensive but I personally think that you are paying for quality and ability of use not just the brand name. My son loves the carrier!!

I love the stokke my carrier and so does my baby! With a new born and a toddler I have my hands full so the my carrier is an excellent way to get about with both hands free. There's no need for a double buggy or 2 prams. I even use it whilst walking round the supermarket doing the shopping. I wish I had one for my first child.

I really enjoyed being hands free with baby in his carrier. He felt really secure against me and the designs of this carrier was lovely. It was easy to adjust between me and my husband who is alot taller than me using it.

I found the carrier uncomfortable. It dug into my shoulders and i had pain in my lower back and shoulder blades. Now this may just be down to my own body shape etc as my husband found it comfy. Based on my experience i wouldn't buy it again.

I have a spinal disorder, so it was important to me to find a supportive carrier. This one has a metal rod along the spine to act as extra support and the majority of baby's weight is put on your hips to make things easier on your back. I would definitely recommend this.

I loved my Stokke carrier and my son found it very comfortably, he loved being able to look around and it was easy to use while pushing a pushchair.
