These are brilliant when pregnant by as many as you can. You can never have too many they can be used for everything from wiping babies feedings us, a sicky cloth and i have also known people use different colours for different areas of the body so they use it to dry babies bottom in between changes to help prevent nappy rash. I still have them in my draw with my kitchen tools and we use them to dry our hands and wipe up spills
In my opinion as a new mum can never have enough packs of muslin squares. These are nice colours and a good buy from tesco. I get through a lot of these but always have one or two in my nappy changing bag. Very useful
This product is great for everyday use. No tears or wearing of the cloths. It is very easily cleaned without loosing colour. And working a pack of 5 this is a great value for money. The only down fall is that I have found bigger muslin cloths.
These Muslim blankets but a lot of people I know call them spew blankets are fantastic as every baby spews up and so easy to catch it wipe there wee face and also if you can’t get out to the shops and your baby’s is unsettled at night and you want to swaddle them these come in handy
Great value for something you can never have enough of. We always have several of these at hand for the usual baby spills! Easy th wash and despite colours have not experienced any colour runs when washed
These are lovely, good quality material, I found they didn't shrink or fade in colour I've had some in past that have shrunk after first wash. I love the bright colours. These are a must have for any changing bag. Use to pop on shoulder to wind or wipe a milky mouth these are great. A really good size and price is very reasonable.
i really love this product. handy and perfect if like mine you have a dribbling baby. great for spit up or slabbers. i also wet with warm water and us to wipe babies face after food. material is soft and lightweight.
I have never really bothered with muslins much with the older children when they was babies. Mind you some was breastfed. So like really didn’t have the need for them. Not unless I used a bigger sized one for a shield when out!! However my baby is bottle fed, these are a god send. For many reasons , those baby explosions of projectile vomiting!, spills, winding, weaning and even sleeping. Some reason my baby boy likes to hold these when he sleeps or going to sleep. Which I have now bought loads. All different brands. All different sizes. Different designs too!! So I feel I have an advance knowledge on these. And if I could go back in time. Yes I would have used them more with my others. These are bright and the average sized muslins. I have had no issue on shrinking. However I don’t tumble any baby clothes and it’s all washed on baby wash so the temperature is right not to shrink. I have nothing bad to say about this pack. And would fully recommend that all new parents & even non new parents try these. Only think I would say is being a known supermarket brand you you would think they could do it at a little cheaper price. However have a clubcard and the points add up.
Bright and colourful Muslims which do the job lovely and look really good.
However these are crinkly and hard to the touch once washed no matter how much conditioner is used in the wash. So not very good if used as a soothing aid.
Really lovely product. Stays nice and soft. They did shrink a little but I have found that with all muslin squares so it’s not put me off the product at all.
Absolutely love using these. Such a good quality and wash up lovely. They are definitely a must have in the new baby department, I’d be lost without them
With a 5 week old and a 3 year old I couldn't live without these muslin cloths. From wiping up baby sick and cleaning 3 years old face from snot chocolate or tears I am never without them. Few in the car in my bag and normally tucked into the top of my pants so I can always wipe up a mess. A must have for every mother
These muslin cloths are great use them for all sorts of baby needs and they're really rather absorbent even for baby sick although they have shrunk quite a bit in the wash even on the baby cycle.
Great product...useful for other things besides burping. They clean up easily and are easy to clean. Got them months ago and they are as good as new after every wash.
Little one can’t get enough of his muslins uses it for comfort and also used for feeding times.
Got so many different colours and well worth the money how little one has took to it as a comforter :)
Soft feeling muslin and good enough sizeing for what we needed
Weaknesses:
Shrinks after washing
Quality / Performance
Price
Security / Hygiene
Design
Used to cover whilst feeding and burping, fair size for price and soft even after washing did shirk a little but most do so not a big issue would definitely buy more should they be needed
These gorgeous colours make all the difference to my now one year old. They are of course practical for use in mopping up spills and burping but we have used them as hats, make shift clothes, light summer blankets, toys, playing hidey boo, bibs, slings (!) And all sorts. The bright colours are 10 x more practical than white with a baby, especially when you use them as a make shift nappy.
These Muslins are perfect for everything, catching/wiping up sick and wiping up dribble. They wash and dry really easy, the colours are nice and bright which my little man loves. And they are a very good size for making breastfeeding discreate by draping them over my baby’s head
My little boy is in love with a muslin and I’ve always got to have a few at hand to keep him happy. These are very good price and lovely and soft. They did lose there shape after being put in the dryer but once ironed they went back to normal. Very happy with them!
Never used muslin clothes with my older 2 when they were babies but 3rd time round I'm glad I did as my little boy is very sicky, life saver popping them over your shoulder to save your clothes catching the mess.
These were one of the best things I bought for my baby and I bought them by accident. With no experience of babies I thought I could use these to swaddle. They are not big enough to swaddle but I have used them as bibs, to wipe up spills, to keep baby sheltered from the sun and rain and to keep her warm. They are fantastic and can't recommend these enough! The only down side is that they do shrink in the wash (but my Primark ones don't - bizarre!) so pay attention to not wash on too high a temperature. I will be purchasing again for baby number 2!
With all three of my children the one product I could not do without was muslin squares. They are the most versatile baby product with uses ranging from:
Newborn nappy / Burp cloth / Bib / Blanket / Comforter / Changing mat cover to name but a few.
They are quick and easy to clean and fast drying.
I wouldn't go anywhere without a Muslin. They are amazing for wiping little ones mouth or sick after a feed. They are also good for covering up during breastfeeding.
Our ultra soft and absorbent Muslin Squares from Tesco are a handy and multi-purpose staple at home or on the go.
They're perfect over your shoulder to protect your clothes or baby's soft skin when feeding or winding; they can absorb spills or dribbles. Many babies will us them as a comforter. You can even use them as a blanket, bib or nappy booster
