Bought this for my daughter for Christmas - we've played with it several times, though she's probably a little young at the moment. But I had to write a review based on the quality alone! I can't get over the quality of this item from IKEA - its beautiful. It's really sturdy and will definitely last a very long time. This shape sorter is probably the nicest one I've seen too - and for such an inexpensive price. You can't go wrong!

I bought this for my 15month old the other day and I’m surprised how much he used it since. It’s his first shape sorter but he took to it straight away. He can get the triangles and circles through really easily but struggles with the square and other shape. I feel that’s on going learning though and it’s something he will develop overtime.
The design is nice and simple, sturdy and compact, handy to take out and about. Definitely worth the money

My 11 month old clearly thinks this was a hit for Christmas! She loves the noise he shapes make in the wooden box, enjoys watching me push them through the holes and is slowly starting to try do it herself (badly but great signs of development!) Brilliant traditional toy which is fun and engaging!
