Does the job but it isn’t the best, I always seem to collect a lot more milk on my electric pump.
The padding on this pump is comfortable but I’ve found you have to find the ideal sitting position to get a good pump. It’s handy as a beginner or if you just need to relieve a bit of milk for comfort. - Strengths:

My first pump, when I had mastitis this didn’t help at all which made it worse, ended up buying an electric pump and now I don’t use this at all. If you get along with a manual pump this could be very good especially for the price. Worth a try if you’re a first time parent just personally did not work for me. - Strengths:

If you get this to work straight away, well done! There is definitely a knack to this pump and sometimes I just didn't have it. However. When my milk came in.. this. This was the only relief. Baby couldn't latch easy and using this was instant relief! Would I buy a tommee tippee breast pump again, yes. But, I'd pay the extra for the electric one. - Strengths:

Didnt do the job. Just couldn't pump any milk out tried for ages. The nozzle bit is slightly to big for the shape of my breast. It put me off using other manuals and started using an electric instead. - Strengths:

Manual breast pump was a bit uncomfortable to use and sometimes just too painful. Great to have so many bits and pieces in the box though. Easy to clean and store and quite discreet to carry in the nappy bag. - Strengths:

This is a great product for the price and does the job. Sometimes a part came apart and there was no suction to express milk. However overall would recommend this if on the go a lot as it comes with a box to transport. - Strengths:

The handle is flimsy, and it hurts

I could not wait to use this product so my partner could feed our baby. The price was good but I hated using it. Was hard to get suction and when you did it would draw in your nipple and would be very painful. The handle was of poor quality and would hurt your had when using it - Strengths:

This product is a difficult one for me. I know many people who have used this and gotten on really well. Unfortunately for myself I struggled to use the manual pump and got on better with an electric. But other than myself struggling the product itself seemed to work well - Strengths:

I had a love hate relationship with pumping. This product made it very easy to get to grips with as it was incredibly easy to assemble, use and clean. My one issue with it is that over time it started to get 'loose' the rubber inside would allow air to get in and made it not as efficient, However this was likely something i had done/not done rather than the machine itself. - Strengths:

Good for price would be better if your flow is faster.but considering price it is not to bad for a manual pump, I find if flow is slow it can tend to gateher in the top rather than go straight down in to the bottle. I would recommend an electric pump much easier and cleaner. - Weaknesses:

This product really gave me peace of mind. I didn't feel confident that my little girl was getting enough milk during feeds as we had latching difficulties and she would always fall asleep after a few minutes. Using this breast pump I was still able to give her breast milk but was able to accurately tell how many ounces of milk she was getting with each feed.
I did find that the pump developed a squeak after a few weeks of constant use so the whole house knew when I was expressing but it didn't affect the over all efficiency of the pump and it meant that I was left too it as everyone knew what I was doing!
I takes a while to express but is worth the effort in the long run if you can't stretch to an electric pump.

I bought this to take away with me on my first trip away without my baby, and to be brutally honest I thought it was useless! The pump action gave virtually no suction, and I found it very painful to use in comparison to the electric version. I had a sore hand from pumping and got virtually nothing out, even though I was engorged from being away from my child. The only positive I could give was that it’s cheap but I'd recommend spending a bit more and getting an electric one. - Strengths:

I have had this breast pump since my baby was born 4 months ago and I am put off using it on a regular basis. This is because I find it takes forever to express anything. Because this is a manual pump, you cannot adjust the pump suction no matter how hard or little you pump. The cup part doesn’t attach to the breast as much as I’d like, and results to the product leaking. However, I have managed to express a couple of ounces using this pump.
In regards to cleaning, it is easy to assemble and dissemble once I knew how to do it, and it is convenient to sterilise in a microwave. You do have to clean the product with a brush, as milk can get in little parts of the pump.
For a first time pump, it isn’t painful to use but can be tiring.
It’s okay for the occasional use, but for everyday use I wouldn’t use.
Overall, the price is cost-effective but performance wise I was a bit disappointed.

This is a fab little pump for the price. Very easy to use and once you've got the hang of pumping the lever the same way baby would suck it's also fairly fast but that is unique to each individual. All comes apart and can be cleaned thoroughly. Also comes with sterilizing box which was handy. - Strengths:

I loved the style of this product however found the handle on the pump hurt my hand and the suction wasn’t always great felt I lost some of the milk due to the suction :/ I guess it’s one of the products that you won’t know unless you try it yourself. - Strengths:

I loved this pump, it was so easy to use and I actually got more using this than using the electric tommee tippee pump.
