My boyfriend brought me this when I had my first baby, I could have cried from the relief it gave me! It's so good as baby can still feed whilst it's on! Not to greasy and has no smell!
I am a first time mom and was absolutely clueless about breast feeding so got a really bad cracked sore nipple... This cream however cured me in a couple of days and I was able to enjoy breast feeding.
Can buy cheaper creams that work, safe to use with feeding which is very important.
Over priced, but does a good job. Sticky when putting on, heals nipples nicely.
Not suitablen for vegans or people with wool allergies

I found this product to be very sticky and not very nice to use.
I’m also allergic to wool and didn’t realise that this is made of sheep product and it actually hurt my nipples rather than helped, so do be aware of this when buying. It’s also very expensive.
I've fed all my children and always used this cream. It can be hard to actually get out of the tube, I used to feed with the tube between my thighs to warm it up and then apply after a feed so it was easier to use.
It certainly worked for me when my nipples were tender, especially in the early feeding our cluster feeding periods.
It is a mite on the expensive side, but I've only needed one tube per baby so it works it not bad considering it lasted an entire feeding journey.
One tube does last quite a while but for me it didn’t work. Every time I used it my baby then wouldn’t take milk from me even after wiping my nipple clean.
Have heard it works brilliant for other mums but just not for me.
Expensive and baby finds breast slippy to latch on to

This is an expensive product but it definitely provides relief. However it is quite greasy and slippery and will stain your clothing. My main issue with it is that my little one finds it slippy and has trouble latching on because of this therefore I try to only use it if I really need to but as I am combination feeding I am able to use it sparingly.
It works well for sore nipples however I found it very hard to apply compared to other nipple balms. It needs warming up before you can apply it which makes it difficult to get out of the tube to start with, it's then very sticky and sticks to your fingers!
It's expensive compared to others due to the high lanolin concentration but personally I found cheaper alternatives just as effective and easier to use.
Everyone I spoke to about breastfeeding talked about this product my friend bought me at as s gift and so did others so I ended up with a few my lb was premature and he didn’t latch straight away and when he did it wasn’t right I used this slot and I didn’t find it helpful at all which I was disappointed about.i was really sore and cracked and thought it would help but it didn’t
