Comfortable, light to carry and easy to use. The price is affordable. My son looks relaxed while sitting in that car seat. Nothing negative to tell. 100% feedback from me!

This is a perfect infant carrier, very light weight and easy to use, only thing I can suggest is to have more variety of colours.

Whilst this car seat is at a great price and easy to use, it’s not as padded as most other car seats. Light weight and easy to step into the car though.

I felt stuck trying to find something that wasn't over priced to bring my little one home in. Wasn't overly keen on the design as it felt blocky. However, it fit well into the car and with ease. Was relieved to find this product. Only thing I would have liked is maybe more of a variety of colours. But was a good item for the time I needed it for.

I found this easy to use and strap in to the car.
The straps have become a little harder to use as my daughter has gotten older now 10 months she wriggles about and keeps trying to push the big red button. Love the joie brand and I am currently looking at the next stage up.

Great car seat, size and price. You can also move the headhugger up when your child gets bigger. Easy to strap your child in and even easier to put into the car with either seatbelt like I use or an isofix. Very happy purchase. The only down fall is that the Hood doesn’t retract. And it’s attached by poppers

I bought this to bring my son out of hospital short notice when he arrived I sent it straight back the seat is so flimsy and doesn't look very safe in my opinion I would not have felt safe putting my son in it.

We bought this car seat because we are on a budget and don't use our car often due to living in Central London. We liked the option of being able to use it with or without the base. Firstly, because we could save money short term and buy the base a few months down the line when we could afford it (we haven't yet bought the base as it works great without it so we are saving the money for her next car seat when she outgrows this one) and secondly because our parents' cars don't have the fixings for the base, so we needed to be able to use it in their cars too.
I like that it came with the newborn insert as standard, and by adjusting the handle it turns into a seat which you can put on the floor and rock, which is great for when we are visiting friends and family.
I also like that it comes with a hood, which attaches with poppers on the side. However, it doesn't retract, so in order to not have the hood over you have to remove it completely, which has resulted in me misplacing it a number of times, especially when i'm having a baby-brain moment!
The straps are easy to adjust (make sure you practice before getting to the hospital, though, it took us a while to work it out when we all ready to go as we were so tired).
It is also so easy to fit into your car with the belt, my baby looks safe and I presume she is comfortable as she sleeps on every journey! I have marked it down slightly for 'easy to use' and 'design' as the seat belt goes right across the lap, which can make it difficult to get her in and out, unless you take the belt off completely. However, this is my first baby and car seat so i'm unsure if it's the same for all belt-fitted car seats.
I have read reviews that also mention that it can be slotted into certain brands of prams, it doesn't work for ours though, we have an Oyster 2, so I couldn't comment on that.
To summarise, the car seat does the job. It is very affordable and is perfect for those who don't use the car everyday, or to use as a spare for other people's cars. If you use the car everyday it might be worth investing in the base for ease of use. But I am very pleased with it for the low price of £40 we paid for it at Mothercare!

I love how light and easy this was to carry around and to fix in to the car with the seat belt option. No faffing as round just wrap the belt round and clip in and your on your way. I wasn't overally keen on the hood as it got in my way but that's just my preference. It's easy enough to clip on or off

We’ve using this car seat with the isofix base in my car which is easy to use & feels really secure, but we have also used it with the seatbelt in an older car. It was easy to strap in & still felt secure without the base. It is much lighter than most others we’d looked at. It’s not quite as padded as some other seats but fine with the newborn insert & my daughter seems quite happy in it. We paid £35 online (isofix base separate) which is amazing value for money compared to most car seats!

I used the car seat alot very handy as it clips onto the pram wheels lovely design handy to carry aswell hood is easily to attach aswell

I absolutely love this car seat! We actually have the travel system. It’s so practical it’s just a shame my son is so long and won’t fit in it for much longer!! I have recommended this to everyone I know who’s having a baby

We bought this for our 3rd boy as we was on a budget but love all Joie products. It is extremely secure when fitted and easy to carry as it is lightweight. We chose this because we have an older car and it was convenient to move the car seat between cars. The head rest was a comfortable fit for newborns and it is actually more spacious than it would seem. My son is now 14 months and still fits safely so we can keep him rear facing. The price is fantastic as car seats can be an expensive buy but this one is fantastic quality for a fantastic price. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a seat compatible with most cars, for anyone who needs to move seats between cars and anyone who does not want to break the bank.

This is the best car seat I have used. In my previous career I had experience with many bulky and complicated to set up car seats so discovering this car seat for my own baby was a dream come true. It’s lightweight, easy to set up and can be used with an isofix or a seatbelt , it clicks onto a stroller also made by the brand and is perfect for my small hatchback car (unlike many other of the bulkier isofix car seats). It has a great age band that it will grow with the child and I would definitely recommend this car seat to anyone that wants a high quality car seat for a third of the price of the brands

I had this car seat for my daughter she was tiny and felt and looked to small for most car seats so I brought this one and she looked a lot safer and comfortable in there, it was easy to lift in and out of the car with my back and hip problems I needed a light car seat and this is was perfect my only issue is the hood doesn’t go back

Brilliant price for one of the best car seats I’ve used. Baby was comfortable and I found it easier than maxi cosi as they have this cushion behind which doesn’t look comfortable to me

I got this car seat as part of a travel system, lightweight and small design means its easy to carry. Car seat is very easy to use only downside is the padding on chair as feels very hard still

Very nice product only fault is adjusting straps etc , this is a very light car seat I've had 4 kids and haven't found one that has been as light as this when holding a baby inside , easy to fix into car great design lovely product

WE bought this as ours did not have a handle and it was a life saver! it is very easy to use, it is not the most comfortable but really does the job, lasted us until 7 months and baby outgrew it and became too heavy. we had an isofix from joie and it fit perfectly.
we kept it for the next baby.

Bought this car seat for my daughter to use from birth, great value car seat only use occasionally as mainly use buggy for travel so was a good buy for sporadic use. Was a bit difficult at first to get the hang of adjusting the straps but now have the knack is easy to use.

Our entire family have used this car seat for the past year and have all been really pleased.
Very simple to install into the car and fit baby so long as you have a full understanding of how car seat straps should fit around baby.

I’d say it looks as good as the day we bought it; it’s obviously very robust.

Brilliant car seat, our little girl has look comfy in it from day one. Its not to heavy which is handy when having to carry it with baby in it and love the extendable hood
